El hotel era muy bonito. Tanto la atención como la habitación han sido excelentes. Hemos estado 3 días muy cómodos en el hotel

We hebben hier twee nachtjes mogen slapen. De kamer was ruim opgezet en voorzien van een bureau en een koelkastje. De stijl is redelijk ouderwets, zoals ook op de foto's terug te zien is. Het personeel is vriendelijk en adequaat. Onze buurman had tot diep in de nacht de TV zeer hard aanstaan. Toen wij hier melding van maakte, handelde het personeel direct en stopte niet voordat het stil was. Nogmaals dank hiervoor! Minpunten vonden we dat de kachel centraal geregeld is, waardoor het zeer warm was in de kamer. Ontbijt hebben we buiten de deur genuttigd. Hiervoor moet je wel de brug oversteken. Mocht je dat te ver vinden, kan je beter in het hotel eten aangezien er geen barretjes in de buurt zijn.

We were reaching Salamanca at 10.30pm and emailed the hotel to let them know and they replied reassuring me that there is a 24 hour reception which was very nice of them. Location was great as we wanted to walk around the old town, only the Roman bridge to cross. The price (room only) wad very good for the 4 star hotel it is. We paid 10 euro each for a buffet breakfast, where there was quite a lot of choice - I loved the pan con tomate (bread with olive oil and tomato which is a typical spanish thing!). The room as super clean and big, bathroom well equiped. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We will not hesitate to come back on our next visit!

The reception team were very welcoming and the hotel was a short distance from the sights to visit.
If we were ever in this area again would not hesitate to stay here again.
Cleanliness scores a 4 only because the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied from the previous guests visit.

Good things: The hotel has a pool. The room was clean and confortable. The location is great. We can visit all the city on foot from the hotel. Bad things: The mini fridge doesn't work correctly. During the night the hotel is a little bit noisy and there's a humming sound from the electrical panel inside the room 🤔

This hotel is wonderful and budget friendly. We were driving so were looking for somewhere easy to get to, that had parking and close enough to the historic district to walk to. This hotel ticks all the boxes AND we had a lovely, big, comfortable, quiet old fashioned room. We parked on the street but had we needed it there is secure hotel parking for a small fee. The staff are charming and there’s a nice little bar for a nightcap or coffee. Breakfast was perfectly good and set us up for the day.

This friendly hotel is perfectly located for the old town and has a brilliant secure parking garage which we used for 11 Euro a night. Rooms are spacious but very dated. However, look beyond the decor and the fittings are quality. Beds super comfy. Good shower. Mini fridge. Broken WiFi. Strangely our room did not get cleaned as we didn't leave until 11am, instead there was a printed note from the cleaner saying they finish at 2pm and could not wait. Unfortunately it was just too hot for us as the aircon could barely cope with summer temperatures. Road could be a little noisy. Probably a great stay outside of peak season.
