Salalah Gardens Hotel Managed by Safir Hotels & Resorts

Ik heb 5 nachten doorgebracht in het hotel en heb er echt van genoten. Ik heb een beetje afgetrokken voor de locatie, omdat men alleen met een taxi of auto naar het strand kan komen. Aan de andere kant, het is gelegen in een heel mooi winkelcentrum en je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt. Ik vond het leuk om samen met Achmed, die echt alle tijd nam om mijn honger naar kennis te stillen, op tournee te gaan om een ​​aantal van de Wadi's te bezoeken. En ik heb echt genoten van het zwembad, met echt geweldige service door het team!

Waarschijnlijk het beste hotel in Salalah. Kamers waren boven verwachting en waar voor uw geld. Zal in de toekomst alleen hier blijven.

Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to trip.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. The location of the hotel is great and the presence of the complex near it is excellent and the treatment of the staff at the top of sophistication But the problem of the hotel is the late arrival of bags and the lack of parking due to the use of people with guests in the same parking lot. Breakfast is not good, there is no variety of the same food. Constant inconvenience from guests and loud sound The negatives are many You deserve 3 stars, not 4
