Ca Madeira

Owner Fabien and his employee Jose are very misleading. Apartments are located in an unpleasant area and look out onto a solid beige painted wall and dusty unmade road. Shuttle service is also deceptive as one has to pay for this and the charge is much more than hiring a cab which are waiting directly outside the airport. I personally could no longer live in this environment and so cut my losses and my holiday and caught the first aircraft home. I consider that due to the adverse behaviour of Katlantink toward a single and therefore vulnerable woman this company owes me a considerable amount both financially and morally (which of course I can prove in all respects). However due to my experience with Katlantink I will not waste another moment of my time. I do advise to avoid.

Lovely apartment we felt safe and comfortable, the owners were on hand if we needed anything the beds were comfortable and the shower and bathroom was amazing, the location to the town and beach was perfect, we won’t be returning to Boa Vista the flies everywhere spoiled our holiday and we both got sick at separate times after eating out it’s such a shame because the weather and beaches are perfect but the food in restaurants even the best ones is very basic Tip take half the clothes and twice the food you are used to ,

We spent One month in Ca Madeira de Luxe and I chose it because it was really close (3 minutes walk) to beautiful Estoril beach where there are no waves all over the year what is perfect for every day swimming, rooms were beautiful with nice terrace with a beuatiful seaview where was really pleasure to drink a coffee or eat the breakfast and relax. Also during the evening the houses are nice lighted and view is very romantic. House is situated in a calm place with friendly 24/7 security who help you also with shopping or open the door. But what was the biggest value for us was our landlord Marta and Fabien who really took care of us, anything what we needed they did and in very short time. And they were very helpful in giving us informations about how is it going in Boa vista, they helped us saving money and with the patience, kindness and sincere interest explained us the things which we needed. So I am very greatful that we lived right there not just for perfect appartment, location, services but also because we have met Marta and Fabien. Marta is professional Dj, so we had also party on the roof of Ca Madeira and it was really great. After finishing our business we celebrated it together. And after that our holidays started. They helped us to rent a car and quad for the best price and thanks to her recommendation we saw the dessert Diana which was incredible experience. I can say I have never seen somebody who did their job so well and with professionality and pleasure. I really recommend them.
