Het hotel ligt te ver van het centrum, het is niet mogelijk om elke dag te lopen. Restaurantruimte te klein. Bar geen zitplaatsen als het regent, verlaten we het terras??? . De lunchmand niet in tijden dat het elke dag regent. Het personeel is erg goed. de schoonmaaksters zijn zeer professioneel en vriendelijk. de obers waren erg aardig, erg gastvrij, behalve deze jonge Franse stagiaire die misschien haar dienblad ronddroeg in plaats van het af te ruimen. Het terras langs de weg is niet geweldig, maar omdat het regende was het geen probleem. Wat betreft diepvries- versus diepvriesmaaltijden?? en het buffet is niet voldoende verspreid, je hebt geen ruimte. We zullen niet terugkeren naar Sowell St Raphaël. We zouden geen nee zeggen tegen het uitchecken van andere hotels in Sowell.

geen ideale locatie ver van het centrum bar geen zitplaatsen restaurantkamer te klein op dit moment bevroren blini's gerechten? etc. mand misschien in de zomer maar niet tijdens deze periode - laten we een tegoed van 300 € vragen als compensatie voor dit ongemak voor de Sowell van ST TROPEZ voor deze zomer. Neem het voorbeeld van de clubs in Turkije en Marokko, er zijn genoeg ligstoelen voor iedereen. De restaurantzalen zijn groot en geschikt voor het aantal personen. De obers en schoonmaaksters waren perfect, behalve dit jonge Franse meisje dat haar dienblad ronddroeg terwijl de jongens aan het werk waren? het buffet waar je niets aan kunt doen, er is geen ruimte. Er is een gebrek aan toezicht in uw vestiging.

Zeer goed welkom. Comfortabele, schone kamers. Aan de andere kant, catering niet in orde...warm buffet niet gekookt, zeer slechte koude gerechten, lange bevoorrading...tafels niet opgesteld op het terras. Dispensers voor warme dranken niet altijd beschikbaar (onderhoud tijdens service) Sowell-klanten al lange tijd, we zullen al deze problemen toeschrijven aan de start van het seizoen die nog niet is vastgesteld. Omdat we in juni met familie hebben geboekt, hopen we op een duidelijke verbetering…

I feel the need to post a review in response to the ludicrous negativity of some of my countrymen. If you want All Inclusive where your behaviour hits the debauched level of drinking all day and all night, and eating an obscene amount of food until you can’t move, go to Benidorm or somewhere else. This hotel is lovely, all the better for Brits being very much the minority. It’s in a lovely location, you can get the 21 or 8 bus into St Raphael, or walk as it’s only 2.5 miles. In the other direction is Le Dremond with its few restaurants and bars. Let’s be honest, it’s quiet here and if you want lively, go elsewhere. There’s very little nearby but enough to have a nice holiday. It’s very never been anywhere where bed and breakfast includes lunch! And wine!!! And we are veggies and ate really well. The staff are lovely, the pools excellent, and the various small, secluded beaches a delight. St Raphael is amazing and Cannes, Nice, Marseille, even Monaco are easily accessible in the train. Rooms are functional but clean with superb air conditioning. Totally loved it but come with the correct attitude. Oh and if you come in July, it’s going to be hot.

We had a lovely few days in Sowell la Plage. There is a beautiful beach a few meters from the hotel that is perfect for swimming and has paddle boards available for 15 euro. The roof top pool over looks the beach. The staff were all very friendly ,particularly Mihal in the bar. The hotel has an excellent bus services outside the door that brings you into the town center of St Raphael.

I loved the location and the views. The room we got ended up having a little, equipped kitchenette, big bedroom and beautiful balcony. The pool was really nice too. Great to hangout and take in the incredible views. Did I mention it’s also on the roof top? Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Just returned from a week at the hotel and would definitely not go back and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Shame as the potential is there but it misses on so many counts. All Inclusive is limited in that its not available all day - the ONLY Restaurant is shut from 13:00-19:00 and there is no where to get other food from such as a snack bar. The bar closes at 22:00 and only serves beer and wine in the afternoon. The food was average with little imagination and the same thing just rotated on days. Overall the worst All Inclusive i've stayed in. On a positive side i suppose the rooms were nice and air conditioned , the staff on the whole were pleasant and the cleaners were lovely. Local bus stop just outside the front of the hotel means at least its easy to get out of the hotel and go and spend money on decent food and drink in St Raphael or Agay or further afield. Just very disappointed

Good rooms, lovely views and location. Poor all inclusive and awful drinks in bar, served in glasses I used to have at school dinners! It closes at 10pm. Restaurant is closed from 1pm to 7pm, bizarre! Restaurant has no air con, so all doors wide open, baking hot in there, and consequently, there are always flies on the food! One of the group had food poisoning whilst there. Food is not great and a very limited choice. One of our group is Veggie and she could only have potatoes and some of the salad stuff! The croissants were the nicest thing to eat! Some of the staff were lovely and some miserable! Cleaners in the rooms were excellent. This is an honest review. With a few changes the hotel could be so much better.

All inclusive limité Plage de gravier de l’autre côté de la route. Buffet quotidien le même pendant 8 jours. Piscine petite et mal entretenue. Accueil plutôt froid On sent un groupe hôtelier plus sensible à son profit qu’au bien être de ses clients. On est pas dans l’hôtel de la plage?
