The bed made me itch the 4 hrs I stayed there. I also found what looked liked bed bug remains on all 4 upper sides of the bathroom ceiling. I informed the hotel mamnament at 5:30 am just as I was getting out of there as fast as I could.

Worst customer service on both ends, from Trip.com to the hotel supervisor. If you want real reviews, hit the Google ones. Cleanliness and security take a back seat while the staff gives you nothing but snark, smarm, and attitude. Won't book with either again.

For the price last minute I found it to be clean, safe and well remodeled. New tub and shower was a nice touch

Found several bugs in the bed. When reporting the situation the staff frantically offered a refund, almost as if to coverup the situation. Then when trying to finalize said refund the staff tried blaming the situation on me and refused to refund or offer any accomodations. Drive down the block to Holiday Inn!

Let's be clear this is a "budget" property - it was average at best. I was very disappointed the shower water was lukewarm at best.

this is an older hotel, but is very well kept up. Rooms were very clean and large. the staff was very friendly. I really liked it here. would stay again!

just the fact I got 2 beds originally and it only came with 1 bed and there was no way of changing rooms because of the full capacity of it being New Year’s Eve in st Pete.

There were children being very loud and disruptive. The internet would constantly go out and breakfast is only offered on the weekends and closes at 9am. The floor was absolutely filthy and the washing machine did not work when I needed to wash my clothes. I will never return to this hotel again.

There was no breakfast during the week, only on the weekends. The beds were hard and infested with bed bugs( I had red swell marks on my right arms), WiFi constantly went out. The only thing that was good was the price.
