Awesome stay and location!!

Our reservation was screwed up. I booked another night and when we checked into the resort this reservation was combined with the existing reservation. We went out and about on Wednesday, only to come back locked out of our room for 45 minutes. Staff kept telling us we checked out, when in fact we didn't they finally found our other reservation. They weren't empathetic. We feel as if we got screwed. This was supposed to be a great girls week get away, instead it turned into an utter annoyance. I won't book through ******* again if I can help it or stay at RumFish.

The extra cost to use a towel on the beach and the prices were high at the restaurants. I did like the beach chairs and the sand was great. The outside entertainment at night was fun and the lights were great.

The staff were all super friendly and the entire resort has a great island feel. I highly recommend swimming with the fish at RumFish and then going there to eat!

At check in we were told bell man would meet at our car to help as they do not give out luggage carts. No one showed up. In the shower we stood in bath water over our ankles… even after calling guest services for repair. The bathroom floor was dirty.

Vacation plan sold here for Bluegreen club. Upgrade room and glad we did. Nice view and room with kitchen equipment and tv area.

Gulf view villa. The room did not look anything like the website pictures. It was very worn down. Air conditioner vent ratttled all night. Pullout couch mattress pad had large stain upon checkin...however, staff was prompt in replacing it. Hot water ran out after 3 showers...we had 5 people in the room so they either had to wait to shower or take a cold shower. The plus side was that the gulf view for the sunset was amazing!

From check in with Cheryl, servers Anna at Gulfside Grill, Rachel at Sandbar, & Nate one of the bartenders at RUMFISH GRILL who all make you feel you are at home hanging out with good friends! Beautiful sunsets, time on the beach, everything taken care of so you can enjoy & relax!
Can’t wait to plan our next trip!
