Boutique Hotel Cervus

Hotel is located upslope so it will be better to have a car if you have many heavy luggages. About 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. Hotel room is very comfortable and cozy. There's hot water kettle and fridge. Hotel also has a nice pool and sauna facilities. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff.

This is a wonderful smaller hotel with lovely helpful staff that speak English very well. The rooms are large with plenty of cupboard space and have a mini fridge and kettle. Breakfasts were simple but delicious with eggs to order. The pool is large and fabulous after hiking. Everything is very expensive in St Moritz but there is a very handy Co Op at the bottom of the hill that has excellent take home meals. We spent 5 days doing self guided hikes and the bus/cable car/chair lifts etc were brilliant, easy to navigate and free because of the Transport Pass given to us by the Hotel Manager. The scenery from the top is breath taking and thoroughly recommend this beautiful town for walking.

A truly amazing stay - Although I traveled alone, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I would certainly come back here with friends and family. The hotel is clearly a labor of love, with serious investment and attention to detail being made over the years resulting in an incredibly clean, modern yet charming and traditional space. All of the staff a lovely and very accommodating, giving information on the local area and willing to make bookings and reservations for activities. If travelling for winter sports, it is very much ski-in, ski-out, with just a short run down to the main lift in the morning. Breakfast is continental with eggs cooked to order. Afternoon snacks are offered too which is brilliant and gives opportunity to chat with staff and other residents. St.Moritz is very expensive on the whole (but to be presumed) - Hotel Cervus offered incredible value for money when compared with others in the area. Their mid-week ski deal is not to be missed! Thank you. I will return again!

Ich war diese Woche für eine Nacht im Hotel Cervus in einer Junior Suite. Per Definition müsste eine Suite ja eine "gehobene Unterkunft" sein. Das trifft in diesem Fall defintiv nicht zu. Die Einrichtung ist uralt, die Matratzen butterweich und durchgelegen. Zudem hatte ich die ganze Zeit einen seltsamen, undefinierbaren Geruch in der Nase. Der generelle Zustand des Zimmers erklärt auch mein Dilemma, das mir am nächsten Morgen widerfahren ist: Nach dem Frühstück (gutes Brot, ansonsten sehr spärliche Auswahl) begab ich mich nochmals ins Badezimmer, schloss die Türe und fand mich mit der losen Türfalle in der Hand im Bad eingesperrt. Dass ich das Mobiltelefon dabei hatte, brachte in diesem Fall nichts. Anrufe werden erst ab 8 Uhr entgegengenommen. Durchs Badezimmerfenster konnte ich dann einen anderen Gast um Hilfe bitten. Nun müsste man meinen, dieser Vorfall sei dem Personal schon peinlich genug, aber das Sahnehäubchen kommt erst jetzt. Ich ahnte bereits auf der Heimreise, dass ich meinen E-Reader im Zimmer liegen liess, beim Auspacken des Rucksacks die Bestätigung: Kein E-Reader. Ich kontaktierte sofort die Unterkunft, ich konnte sogar genau beschreiben, wo der E-Reader zu finden sei. Einen Tag später kam die Antwort, sie hätten nichts gefunden. Mehr bleibt nicht zu sagen, beschämendes Verhalten und ein in der Tat unvergessliches Erlebnis.

An ruhiger und zentral gelegenes Garni-Hotel. Grosse und vollständig ausgestattete Zimmer. Persönlicher und freundlicher Empfang. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Grats Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Touristenpass im Sommer für alle Bahnen und ÖV‘s.

Das erste Hotel, das wir gebucht haben, in dem es genügend Stauraum für Kleider gibt. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Im Bad könnte vielleicht eine Ablage mehr sein. Küche absolute Spitze. Frühstück genügend, vor allem werden Rührei (nicht Eipulver), Spiegelei und weiche Eier immer erst auf Bestellung gekocht. Das Hotel liegt in einer Sackgasse, daher sehr ruhig gelegen. St. Moritz-Bad erreicht man zu Fuss in ca. 5 Min. / Dorf etwa 15 Min.
