Very very poor customer service, unprofessional and inappropriate. Do better... Charged over £200 and didn't see the inside of the building. And the words that I got from the customer service rep was undesirable rude and to tell you the truth it is not about the money it's the attitude that was deplorable. But trust me you took from me you shall loose so much more in the future. And I hope you sleep well tonight knowing what you did ..

Lovely clean comfortable room in an historic building just what we needed after a long drive. Old hotel with tons of history. Bed was comfortable and comfortable. Was met by a very friendly lady who gave us a parking space then gave us a map of st malo and the highlights of the area. Breakfast was very nice set in the downstairs basement

Good location, inside the walls in Saint-Malo, and friendly personnel. Old rooms, a toilet so small you hardly get in. No air-condition, hard beds and one slow moving elevator. NOT worth the price. Breakfast, with no warm food choices (eggs, bacon, sausages etc).

Cet hôtel est une arnaque, cher, très petit, bruyant. Mini chambre avec des lits de 70 cm, impossible d'ouvrir entièrement la porte de la salle de bain. La moitié de la surface est en couloir... Fenêtre sur un mur. Sale. Une honte, comme rarement je l'ai connu. 168. €!!! Les raifs ne sont pas affichés dans la chambre. Un 3* qui en réalité est un non classé. Que fait la DGCCRF??? Je vais me renseigner

Hotel idéalement place, un accueil des plus chaleureux, une propreté irréprochable ! Un rapport qualité prix excellent ! Pour les passionnés d’histoire c’est la première maison construite intras-muros 1600… Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.

Hôtel bien situé intramuros avec parking privé . Accueil et chambre agréables. Le matin, je signale que mon compagnon étant souffrant,il ne prendra pas de petit déjeuner.. Surprise..on paie quand même pour deux sous prétexte que l'on devait déjeuner à deux.. Le buffet était prêt pour tous les résidents de l'hôtel et s'il y avait un plus par rapport à notre présence,cela concernait un croissant en plus et un morceau de baguette car le reste était disponible pour tous. j'ai trouvé la démarche peu commerciale car on avait une facture de plus de 200€. C'est mesquin et vraimen dommage.

Petit hôtel chaleureux et convivial ! Accueil très convivial. Emplacement très bien placé pour visiter Saint Malo. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus long pour profiter du lieu. Bien situé si vous souhaitez prendre le ferry pour Jersey

Hôtel très bien placé mais un peu bruyant puisque en intra muros. Accueil agréable. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Hôtel très bien tenu On y retourne tous les ans à l'occasion du festival bd . Coucou spécial à Barbara.

2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel, la bâtisse a beaucoup de charme, nous avons particulièrement aimé la salle du petit-dejeuner. La chambre est spacieuse, WC séparé de la salle de bains, celle-ci avec baignoire et fenêtre. Le petit-déjeuner était bien fourni, bien qu'il manquait un peu de choix en salé. L'inconvénient est le bruit de la rue la nuit dû à un club privé de l'autre côté. Apportez vos boules quies ! Sinon, l'hotel en lui-même est très calme et les 2 personnes à la réception très sympathiques et serviables.
