Dit hotel ligt wat buiten de stad. Op loopafstand (200 meter) is echter een busstation die je veilig en snel naar de binnenstad van St Malo brengt. In de bus kan je betalen, je krijgt een kaart die je voor een volgende keer weer op kan laden bij een bushalte en op andere openbare plekken. De kamer was ruim en schoon met een lekker bed. Ook de badkamer zag er keurig uit! Het personeel van het hotel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er lagen allerlei folders voor activiteiten die je in de omgeving kan ondernemen. St . Malo is een leuk stadje met veel gezellige restaurants, waar je tegen redelijke prijzen lekker kan eten.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I wouldn't stay here again. The whole place looked tired and neglected. The bed was low and had a very thin duvet. The bathroom arrangement was strange with a separate toilet with a door that wouldn't open fully. There was a shower over the bath, but the bath was quite high to climb into and out of. My husband managed it, but I have mobility issues and couldn't do it, so ended up washing in the sink. No hot food at breakfast. No gluten-free options, although we asked. There's a bar, but it wasn't being manned and wasn't very well stocked. The best things you can say about this hotel are that it has parking right outside and it's on the edge of a complex which includes a large mall and supermarket.

Very disappointing. I travelled with an elderly relative who has very limited mobility. I booked a room with roll in shower for her as she cannot climb into a bath and I informed the hotel that this was for a disabled person with very limited mobility. The room was advertised as available at the time of booking. On arrival she was allocated a room with bath. I explained that this was not acceptable but I was told that nothing else was available. I then asked about a reservation for the restaurant, only to be told it was fully booked. I had chosen this hotel as it had a restaurant and so would not have to go searching for restaurants with my disabled relative. I asked the receptionist if he could fit us in, even at an earlier or later time but the answer remained no. The rooms are basic and lacked facilities, but the price was much higher than budget accommodation available locally I would have given 1 star for this review but the recetionist did offer us a free drink to say sorry for the problems, which was better than nothing, but I will not stay at a Brit Hotel again.

Arrived very late having done check in details on line. Doors were open and two friendly staff at reception. Within five minutes we were in our room. Oh, and there was even space for our car in their car park. Not a luxury hotel by any means but good value for money. Checkout was a breeze!

Arrived slightly early the receptionist Enora was delightful, even arranged my early entry to my next hotel. Situated on a shopping centre everything you need is at hand. Close to the main routes if you don’t like driving in strange town centres. I will add this hotel to my must book when I come this way again.

Very basic hotel and very tired in terms of decoration but for a quick overnight stay it’s absolutely fine and offers reasonable value for money.
