Bright and spacious room. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils. Detergent for the dishwasher was also provided. We were able to stay in a warm room with heating in the room. The room had a view of the ocean and was very comfortable and spacious. I also enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was simple western food, but local yogurt and lots of bread were served. Next time I would be happy to prepare breakfast in the room kitchen.

Het appartement met zeezicht had een schitterend uitzicht. Wel wat aan de kleine kant en vlak onder het dak. Dat had geen probleem geweest als er airco of een ventilator aanwezig was geweest. Toen wij er waren was de temperatuur rond de 40 graden. We smolten weg onder het dak. Toen ik vroeg om een ventilator, ging men proberen om een ventilator te lenen bij een ander hotel, men deelde namelijk de ventilatoren. De ventilator kwam 4 dagen later, toen de temperatuur weer rond de 20 graden gezakt was. Slechte zaak voor een 4-sterren hotel!

What a beautiful location to spend a vacation. Located directly on the beach. Staff is lovely and most helpful. We loved the sea**** bread in the morning we also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and walking to St Malo. It was very convenient for us to drive to three different golf courses and to visit Cancale , Dinard and Dinnan . We were pleased with the comfortable beds. A very relaxing vacation. This was are second Time staying there and we will return next year.

The room was very clean, the view was wonderful, bads were comfortable. We had everything necessary in the kitchen. The only really frustrating thing was really dirty swimming pool. We got stomach desease after visiting it.

Great spot with ocean views and direct access to St Malo beach. Apar**ent was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen a bonus. We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable. The pool and steam room were very good also. 10 minutes to port and overground parking which was unusual and needed as our van won’t fit in underground parking.

Amazing family holiday! Location was amazing. We did pay for an upgrade as we was in an apar**ent that looked out to the car park would of been fine if we was there just a few days but because we was there a week we wanted a nicer view so we upgraded to a sea view and what an amazing view I can honestly say this was the nicest place we have stayed view wise!!!

IF YOU ARE ENGLISH, DISABLED OR HAVE ANY CHEST CONDITION - STAY AWAY FROM REINE MARINE ST MALO
We were returning customers to this hotel. I am disabled and I have a chest condition. I had a conversation with FERNANDA at Reine Marine St Malo to say I could probably manage without disabled facilities in the room in order to continue with our booking. She appears to have taken this to mean I could descend stairs (I can’t) and I could deal with a chlorine a**osphere for 3 days since the room was next to the indoor pool (I can’t - I have had pneumonia 4 times). When we explained the problem on arrival we were refused an alternative room and we had no option than to book into the Mercure St Malo Balmoral - THANKS FOR NOTHING REINE MARINE - THE WORST SERVICE EVER IN 40 YEARS - AND I WAS A RETURNING CUSTOMER - I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN - to demonstrate how utterly not on the ball these people are - when we got back to the UK we had three emails asking how our stay was and if we’d come back for winter - UTTERLY USELESS
