Wat een vreselijk hotel ibis Aéroport Bâle Mulhouse .
Bij Trip.com hotel online gereserveerd EN met creditcard en in hotel MOEST ik nogmaals betalen. Meneer wilde er niets van weten ondanks dat ik alles had laten zien 🤬😡😤🤬😠
Kamer stinkt is vies en zit vol vliegen. Douche kapot en wc deur kan niet dicht.
Trip.com wat kunnen jullie hier aan doen?? Iig onze dubbele betaling a 112,- euro terug neem ik aan

Convenient hotel before flying from Basel airport. Nothing charming or special but efficient. Receptionist where not very polite nor professional.. but overall it’s ok

還是挺滿意的喲不錯不錯不錯很愛的，在機場附近的酒店住一晚，第二天早上有班車去機場，非常方便好評如潮，下次再路過再訂購

The air in the room was terrible. Dry and heating system that was noisy.
Not pleasant at all.
Sheets were dirty not a clean impression. Front desk lady was really nice and friendly .

Overall clean, and it was nice to have an extra blanket. Otherwise, one of the most no-frills places I've stayed. TV didn't work (unless you like static), there were a couple paper cups, but no ice bucket. Bed was fine.
