Location can't be beat. It would be nice if you got two keys, so one always had to wait until the other came back from his tour. Internet price quite high and it works best after midnight.

Private parking and secure residence. Superb view of the promenade and the sea. Quiet area in March. Proximity to restaurants. Access to Nice on foot. Small flat, the airport 1.5 km away but not very inconvenient

Large apartment, a bit dated, but clean and functional. The direct seafront location and the magnificent view make you forget the rest. The round trips of the planes, with the airport just nearby, make noise but in the distance. The little extras: a parki

The only small downside is the fact that the bay window does not block on the left side, when we are away we have to lower the blind and the fact of not having access to the Internet for free.

The apartment has a great location. There are tons of trips to be made from their point of view. E.g. Monaco, Saint Tropez, etc. The view from the balcony is great directly over the sea and the promenade. Apartment is large and has space for 4 people. The
