I was in this hotel for business close to airport and to town nice beach nice pool many hotel around good price I will stay there again

The staff are efficient, welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t be more helpful. Our room is overlooking the ocean with amazing views - so relaxing.

It wasn’t what I expected there were no restaurants on site. The pool was very small. We had a plumbing leak and the didn’t change our room

I was not able to check in due to a positive COVID 19 test. I was charged for the stay. Management was not willing to refund the cost due to my last minute diagosis.

The pictures didn't depict what you see in person - I was SHOCKED!!!!!
The hotel needs an entire overhaul - painting, maintenance, fixer upper. Management has left the property to run right down! I was moved from my first room - cracks in walls, broken sockets, bathroom needed a huge do over. Shower was a disaster. Second room was much better but Maintenance you can do a much better job with the painting.
Hotel only had in a handful of guests, first night felt like we were the only ones there. Waterfall never turned on until 3rd day I was there.
Front Office staff very pleasant, rooms kept clean by the Housekeeping Team. Air Conditioner was on point. Thats about it! Everything else sadly was an eye sore. As a Travel Agent it was a HUGE disappointment.

Completely enjoyed my stay. Property needs upgrading to make it 10/10. The staff was awesome. Special acknowledgement to Keithroy, Ophelia and the other front desk staff. Pat from housekeeping, she was so sweet to us.

The hotel is extremely dated. The facilities available - basically the pool, is small but that didn't matter since there was hardly anyone else at the hotel. I booked it for a week and left after my first night there, ended up moving to the Marriott, which was the best decision!
