Mas de Fauchon

Absolutely gorgeous property in a natural, peaceful Provencal setting. The property was clean and well-kept with an incredibly friendly staff, beautiful pool, and fabulous dining options. The restaurant at night featured five-star hotel meals, wine, and service. The pool side dining was also a fun perk and much-appreciated while relaxing there, as was the buffet breakfast made up of the most delicious viennoiserie, jams, and amazing yogurt. Pascale who works the breakfast service was so sweet and made mornings at the property feel even more special. If you're into details, I also have to share that the La Rochère glassware and hand-painted mugs were so pretty and definitely added to the charm of the Provencal experience. We adored our accommodations as well. We got the suite which offered room for 4 people to sleep, each bed being fitted with comfortable mattresses, pillows, and luxe bedding. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and supplied with the most yummy smelling soaps and plenty of fresh towels and robes. The room had a flat screen tv, mini bar, safe, and supplies for coffee in your room. I can't wait to come back and visit this oasis in the cute little town of Saint Cannat!

A wonderfully peaceful location. Lovely clean room & friendly & attentive staff. Whilst there was no vegetarian options on the restaurant menu, chef created me the most delicious vegetarian dishes. I loved that all dining (breakfast included), was alfresco.

Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, a perfect pool and an incredibly special restaurant. The rooms were huge, cool, private, with lovely bathrooms and just felt so modern. The whole place felt lovingly cared for and we had a superb stay.

Absolutely beautiful bucolic property, nestled in the woods of Provence. My only quibble is no shower — just a handset with nothing to put it in to hold it above you. If possible, a roadside stand selling wine is just down the road if you turn left out of the property gate. David Thierry will sit you down and give you an extensive wine tasting and good conversation and meeting him was one of the highlights of our trip.

JUSTE PARFAIT

Chambre très bien. Calme, belle superficie, toilettes séparées. Restaurant : cuisine de qualité mais choix très limité et prix un peu élevé Petit déjeuner : insatisfaisant. Pas de salade de fruits. Un morceau de pastèque. Une seule brioche de la veille pour tout le monde. Demandé des œufs brouillés avec du bacon facturé 3 euros en supplément. Le petit déjeuner est quand même à 18 €!!!!

Tout est fabuleux. Personnel aux petits soins. Endroit très agréable et calme. Petit déjeuner copieux. Panier repas delicieux, viande succulente, cuite à la perfection. Chambre décorée avec soin. A recommander.
