What i like about this hôtel is the amazing rooms and service they provide for us.I like thé food that they make for us talking all day.the animation team is great special aniss mahdi youssra i would like to thank u guys . Pool is cold and good over all very good hôtel

It was amazing holiday i spend one week with my family everything was perfect the rooms wasn't that good it's dirty the restaurant also the same thing they don't clean the dishs but hôtel Good there's more space and the best things its animation team they are amazing special aniss he so kind with us always have time to listen i really like that guy... And the rest of the team it's good too but the rooms need a little bit of fixing

The room at the Oasis hotel smelled musty, there was mold in the bathroom, and there was no hot water. On the second day of our arrival, we requested to be moved. There was confusion at the reception; we had to visit three times, and then we were relocated to another room, where there was still mold and mustiness (photos 1-7). However, the biggest problem was with the restaurant. Undercooked potatoes, cold food that was supposed to be warm, and unattended waitstaff could have been endured, but the outdoor tables were moldy, and the indoor tables were greasy. When we arrived for breakfast, we sat at a table where no one had sat that day, but there were crumbs on the chairs, and the waitstaff were dirty with torn sleeves since early morning. Utensils and plates were dirty every day, and the children's high chair was in a deplorable condition (photos 8-20). When we went for ice cream, we found it in this state (photos 21-22). There were no salt shakers on the tables. Salt could only be taken from one bowl in the restaurant, using a dirty plastic spoon. For example, the melon was consistently unripe, and the grapes from the first dinner were rotten. The grounds were disorderly, and no one cleaned up cigarettes, plastic bottles, etc. The beach was not clean either, with stairs leading to it covered in a thick layer of sand and trash scattered around (photos 23-28). The elevator was also dirty (photos 29-36). In the theater, where the meeting with the delegate took place, there were garbage and a thick layer of dust, and the stage had not been cleaned for a long time. We arrived at the à la carte restaurant right after it opened, and it took over half an hour to get even water, even though the restaurant was not full. We moved to Be Live Hotel which we fully recommend, it was way better. But to be honest, at Oasis Hotel the sea was nice and clean and there were really nice security guys, one barman, and the entrataiment team. The gym was also nice and clean. Unfortunately, there was only 1 pair of dumbbells (6kg) and nice machines. Overall don't come to this hotel, please, If you pay just a little bit more you can get a way way better experience in a different hotel.
