酒店位置理想，但健身室位處酒店 annex, 比較不方便

環境和交通位置都不錯，有室內停車場，步行到古城也就20分鐘左右，斜對面就是加州議會大廈，站在我的房間窗口就可以看到議會大廈的圓頂，但是陽台門衹能打開一絲縫。酒店周圍餐館很多，但打烊比較早，可以在谷歌地圖上找吃的很方便。衞生方面，大家看圖片就一目瞭然了，我也是無意中發現的，頓時噁心不已，打電話到前台，前台派來客房服務員查看，我們説這是長年累月的污漬，不是一天兩天形成的，我們別無他意，衹是覺得不配五星級酒店的聲譽，最好請客房經理來看看，肯定也不是這一間的馬桶如此骯臟，但自始至終酒店方面沒有派人來查看，直到我們離開，也沒有任何歉意什麼的。洗臉池的水龍頭也是“細水長流”型，洗臉都覺得水不夠用。好吧不多説了，但願我不是白費口舌。

When we checked in the guest service representative seemed uninterested to greet us, cater to us or anything. She didn’t give us any information about the hotel (I.e. pool hours, breakfast, etc.) when asked a question she responded rudely.
Other than that everyone else was great and the service excellent. The room is a bit outdated and there weren’t amenities in the bathroom. There is noise coming from the parking lot or surrounding area. You can hear others.

Everything was nice except for the extreme noise all night. I understand they were power washing the parking garage outside our room all night and into the wee hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out and beyond. We were absolutely blown away by the employees and the club level was also outstanding. We will definitely be back!

Great check in with friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming from the guy at check in to the service at the bar. Property was clean and located in a very convenient place to the Golden Center - shopping and restaurants.
