When I arrived to the hotel they told me the didn’t have a room for me due to “gas leak” and they did not have an alternative option for me to stay.

A/C didn’t blow cold air. Bed was hard and pillows were flat. Breakfast that I paid extra for was below par definitely not work the extra charge.

Was given a suite still being renovated. No hot water for 2 days before we checked in and no warning until we arrived at 10 pm. When we asked for compensation we were given the excuse that because we booked through a third party (*******) they couldn't do anything about it beside give us free breakfast. Having no hot water is a health hazard. Employees just wash their hands with cold water and soap? The hotel management has terrible excuses for their crappy service.

We were told our room would be ready at 4pm and when we came back, the told us they were canceling our reservation because of the lack of hot water and we had to find a different place to stay. We drove 8 hours from Las Vegas and it was the worst experience.

One of the beds had not been changed from the last people staying in our room. Took pictures of used tissues between the sheets. . . . they were unable to send housekeeping because of the latest of the day, but we were delivered sheets for us to change. We decided to sleep on top of the beding. Poor service with TV, requested several times to have it repaired, did not happen. On Sunday evening, we were locked out of our room because they said we were suppose to be out on Sunday a.m. We had extended our stay until a Monday checkout through a third party, but they had no record of it. Management took notes, etc., but I don't expect to hear from them. .. got the feeling that they don't really care.

Lady wouldn’t let us check in. Took forever to finally check us in. Didn’t explain how to get to room at all. Bed hurt my back. Shower pressure was hell on earth. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Dudes didn’t even have a microwave like alright bro what are we doing ?
