The hotel views are amazing, the bedrooms are gorgeous and the pool is stunning. But it's the staff that make this place extra special. They think and did everything they could to make my birthday weekend with my friends a truly unforgettable one.

I booked the hotel through their website. It said clearly on the website there is free cancellation prior to the check-in date. I now need to cancel, but there is no way to cancel through the confirmation email. I have called the hotel phone number over ten times. It is always a busy signal. I have emailed to two different listed emails to cancel. Nobody has emailed me back. I feel like I am being scammed. I just want to cancel my reservation.

We carried out some video work a few years ago! This work was signed off by their staff members. We then got many excuses as to why they can pay. For a few years, they avoided us and refused to pay... Finally, after the legal intervention, they offered to offset the money owed against a stay (obviously this was not satisfying)... What they offered was only to stay in the penthouse... We would have had to pay money to even stay there. Since refusal, they've not gone quiet and are not responding to emails or calls... VERY POOR. The hotel is an overpriced, garish RUSSIAN-owned waste of money.

We spent 3 nights at La Gavina before checking in here. Initially planning to stay for 3 nights, but then extended it to 6. Immediately upon entry we felt welcome and at ease. Friendly, competent staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Our suite is huge, with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Its planned out really well with bedrooms in the back, facing a wall of greenery, creating a sound barrier and protecting from direct sunlight in the morning- I’m finally getting full nights worth of sleep, like you supposed to on vacation. The swimming pool is gorgeous with the view that is to die for, you’ll stare at it for hours. Cabañas aka the Clouds are super comfy and worth the price - true luxury experience. And although La Gavina does have some historical charm, it compares very unfavorably to the Alabriga. I did not sleep one full night due to non stop wedding party, people walking around laughing and talking well into the morning hours. Food was horrible and laughable at La Gavina. Our meals at Alabriga, prepared by a Michelin star chef, feel like a special treat. I highly recommend Alabriga for travel with your families. I’m glad that I didn’t buy too much into the negative reviews and decided to come here ❤️🙏

Wonderful stay over Xmas at Alabriga. The apar**ent was HUGE, had a fantastic view of the ocean and cliffs and was very modern and well equipped. Will return

Big and pricey rooms, great service, good food. There is a road in front that one needs to cross to get to beach area, which is a minor drawback. While the hotel's beach area is actually back up on rocky bluffs above the water and was closed for season, which was disappointing. We had a very nicely presented room service dinner, as we were a bit jet lagged from the 13 hour flight, which allowed us to eat before the restaurant opened. Indoor parking was included.

I don't usually write reviews on Tripadvisor, but this time, its well deserves it. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! this is just a comment to the hotel management to take ACTION into who they hire ... it is advisable to rethink the hotel's philosophy. until then IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO. WORST SERVICE/ well decorated

Juste magnifique! Suite magnifique avec grande terrasse. Cuisine et service du soir exceptionnelle (le meilleur de cette catégorie en Espagne), personnel très professionnel et très aimable. Hotel très propre et design soigné. Merci beaucoup. Nous revenons très bientôt!

TRÈS BIEN Attention cependant aux service du petit déjeuner !! Hôtel agréable Certain produit difficile à ce servir sans notice Et le peu de chaines TV françaises J'ai occuper le penthouse rien à redire si ce n'est le fonctionnement du jacuzzi
