酒店的設施齊全，前台服務素質高，特別是辦理入住的小楊很有耐心、與一些四星級酒店很不一樣。服務人員態度熱情周到，讓人印象深刻。

整體來説，可以。但缺點如下：
1：我們訂的是親子房，房間有兩個空調，因為天氣非常冷，所以我們想開暖氣，但孩子那區域的暖氣從下午3點到晚上9點多都不熱起來。叫了阿姨來看，阿姨叫了技術人員來看，技術人員看半天，回覆説：風口小，空調匹數小，所以暖風不大。我再三和他反饋：你空調匹數小風口小，不是不制暖的理由。因為你匹數再小、風口再小，也不至於6個多小時都沒有暖起來。技術人員又説“每個人體感不一樣”。我説已經吹了6個鐘多了，暖沒暖，是我們體感的問題的話，那你自己酒店的阿姨也覺得沒有暖風，你怎麼説。結果他又説是空調匹數小和風口小的問題…… 如此糾纏了十多分鐘，就是這樣説，我當時真的非常生氣，你承認自己的設備有問題，怎麼就這麼難？其實他如果承認自己設備確實有問題，然後道個歉，説過年期間也沒辦法維修，大家多多體諒包涵，就什麼事都沒有，但他就是打死也不承認，不是説“個人體感”問題就説是“空調匹數小風口小所以出暖風小”。本想和他理論，但晚上9點多了，孩子也累了。就讓他出去，算了。但是，對這件事，對這個技術人員，我的反饋是：差評！
2：房間給的礦泉水才3瓶（可能按人頭給的），我們不知道就打電話給阿姨要拿多幾瓶水來，結果被告知，加水要錢……無語，第一次碰到住酒店，加水喝要額外付費的。
3：床頭燈安裝的太矮，我149的身高，在床頭拿東西，拿一次被床頭燈撞一次。後來就不在床頭放東西了。
4：離店提供了發票訊息和郵箱地址，説當天可以給我開出來。但但今天，離店兩天了，都還沒有收到。而且今天中午去前台現場催過發票，晚上了，還是沒有收到。不知道店家，這發票，給還是不給了？
5：嘗試着問了一下能否延遲退房，被告知必須在12點前退房，不然就要被收取額外的房費。這情況，我也是第一次遇到。

酒店初一晚入住的客人也不錯，我們住的家庭房，還含三早，性價比很高！！！衞生情況也很好，雖然已經開業4年，設備還是很新

第一次入住永盛國際大酒店給人感覺很好、剛下車保安大叔看見我們行李很多主動幫忙拿行李，酒店前台辦理入住的小姑娘小楊服務態度很好非常熱情的問候，進門就有一杯熱茶，特別介紹茶的作用秋季天氣乾燥容易上火特地給顧客準備。還給我免費升級房間，房間很大采光很好超大的落地窗外面的風景一覽無餘床品也是特別舒服，房間佈局合理，乾淨，整潔，電視很清晰，wifi速度快，很給力，熱水也很舒服，酒店服務非常超級棒

房間非常乾淨，香薰的味道非常舒服。裝修風格簡潔，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。前台小姐姐小謝服務態度更是超級好！！聽説我們睡眠質量不好馬上免費升級房型，安排到比較安靜的房間入住了，太感謝了！！！

第一印象就是乾淨，漂亮，而且房間住起來特別安靜温馨，前台小楊也特別熱情，服務特別好，特別細心的詢問行程介紹附近好吃的好玩，貼心告知第二天可以吃完早餐，可以去爬爬4A自然風景區、逛逛革命基地，總體非常的不錯很滿意

房間比較寬敞，就是隔音有些差，特別是住路邊的那一排，晚上大卡車實在有點吵。早飯管飽，總的來説能住，對的起這個價格

酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，前台小楊服務周到，讓人無比舒心。樓層打掃房間的阿姨特別貼心幫我收拾清洗衣物整理雜亂的房間給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，酒店裝修的富麗堂皇，非常不錯！
