One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! Everyone was so nice! The buffet breakfast was delicious! Omelettes were awesome! The warm pool and hot spa were incredible. And we even made some s'mores at the fire pit outside. Will definitely come back.

Everything was exceptional, and I must brag on the breakfast, I am not a breakfast person but the breakfast is fantastic and so is the breakfast staff. I can't wait to go back there just a warm and inviting place. Loved it!!

Very nice hotel. We did have to borrow the vacuum from a maid to clean the carpet. There was a cookie laying in the hallway the whole time we have been here. The breakfast was a really nice surprise. Great variety and really good.
Amenities were really nice. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience staying here!! The staff was amazing, delicious and fresh breakfast and the fire pit in the back was fantastic!!

Rooms stink and are outdated maids don’t clean properly dirt and dust on lights holes in carpet trash beside dressers used water bottles in room. Bathrooms need repairs on walls they are cracks. The pool was nice. Hotel looks nice from outside that’s it but inside is old.

The service is top notch. The pool area, grounds, amenities also top notch. The room size and features are fantastic! The small things need work. The pull out bed was barely functioning. Was dirty underneath the couch. The dishwasher leaked water all over the floor when we tried to run it. Neither the back sliding door or bathroom door lock worked. We will defintely be back, but a walk through of the rooms over time, may e couple rooms a day, just check to make sure everything works. Thanks!

This is my favorite place to stay in Ruidoso but unfortunately this past stay wasnt up to expectations. My room had no shampoo or bodywash, the outdoor fireplace was not operational,

The hotel is very nice, the service too the only that I can say is the pillows need to be changed to more comfortable because I woke up with my neck soreness
