The minute you walk in the office of that property you are welcomed by Lisa she is a very sweet caring lady. The rooms were absolutely clean I was quiet and in the morning there's cookies muffins coffee. Lisa is just an amazing host and this will definitely definitely be my new place to stay when I go to Ruidoso.

Beautiful place, friendly service. Clean and comfortable. The sauna was wonderful and the fresh muffins every morning made the trip memorable!!

Service is what makes the Sitzmark Chalet special. It has a great location and close to downtown, but the delicious coffee and muffins in the morning, complete with good conversation with Lisa, the seemingly always there manager, makes it great. There are probably fancier hotels in town (the Sitzmark isn't fancy), but it was so enjoyable and quiet. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Ruidoso.

This was a perfect little property for our stop. It was cozy, located conveniently and the coffee and muffins were a nice treat.

Cute hotel! Right down the street from shopping and restaurants. Our room was cute, loved the bedspread, wished I would have bought one as they also sell them! Very yummy coffee and muffins in the mornings. Front desk lady was so nice, welcoming and helpful as well. Parking was convenient right outside our door. Adorable sitting area outside with sauna, grills and ski benches. Really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely come back again!

We went during the snow storm, very close to restaurants, the Inn's location was very scenic as to very accommodating, and very cozy environment with an electric fireplace for the a very cabin like feeling.

Stay was nice, warm and cozy. My family loved it. Delicious homemade cookies, muffins and great hot coco. Recommend this stay. Friendly staff, thank you.

Even though it’s an old property it’s in very good shape, and also very homey! The staff were all so warm and friendly, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Fresh cookies are served every afternoon and muffins in the mornings and are delicious.

It was a wonderful stay very nice, clean and friendly hotel. We will definitely stay there again. We enjoyed the grounds and the quietness. Homemade Cookies and muffins were delicious. The lady in the front desk was so friendly and welcoming.
