Premier Inn Bristol East (Emersons Green)

Not impressed with state of duvet, always take the duvet cover and sheets etc off bed after visit to assist staff. Luckily only staying for one night. Entrance key didnt work on main entry had to get member of staff to let us in and make sure we had entry to room. No one in reception to discuss issues with this morning when we left.

We were travelling to attend a close relatives funeral. Prior to arriving the staff notified us the evening before that we could check in early allowing us time to change and fresh up. The moment we arrived we warmly welcomed and the staff were most helpful offering to arrange transport for us if required. On our return to our rooms the staff had left beautiful flowers and chocolates in our 3 rooms with such a thoughtful note offering their condolences. This was such a lovely gesture and really meant a lot to us. We spent the evening in the beefeater bar and restaurant. The staff were fab and the food was quick and tasted good. Lovely clean place and the rooms were so comfy. I am not usually one to sleep well away from home but the beds and pillows were very comfy and easily had a full good nights sleep. Thank you all

Laura and Emma were so welcoming and informative upon check in and provided iron and ironing board on request. Room much bigger than average Premier Inn size. A Beefeater right next door. Great location for Bristol. Would recommend and stay again.

Being a light sleeper having no background noise is important. The first room we were allocated had a vent in the room and after 2 hours of try to get to sleep the noise was too much. Reception was very helpful and offered to move us to a different room. So at half 12:45 we changed to a different room. Again another vent and still noisy. We came to the conclusion this was standard in these rooms so had to grin a bear it as we were there for 3 nights! The rooms themselves are very comfortable, nice bathroom and the beefeater next door was excellent.

I arrived back in the UK at Heathrow a day earlier than expected and very late at night, to join a family holiday in Cornwall. Bowling through the door at 0130, the almost full hotel still found a room for me and for a very competitive rate, so I could crash out for a few hours before continuing my journey. I was exhausted and am very grateful for their hospitality.

Perfect. Really friendly staff. It was me and my three boys, everyone was super helpful. Big shout out to the reception!

Have stayed here for past 4 years to visit Badminton Horse Trials. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Accommodation very clean and tidy. Beds perfect!

If you're looking for an average room away from Bristol centre this is for you. If you have a room at the front there will be road noise. We have stayed here many times over the years with no regrets as it's local for family, but this time we felt standards had dropped particularly in maintenance and housekeeping departments. We recently read that some Premier Inn restaurants are being sold off too. This didn't bother us but may affect people in future.
