Premier Inn Haverfordwest (North/A40)

We decided to base ourselves in Havefordwest so we could visit several different places in Pembrokshire This premier Inn was lovely and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We asked for more towels several times as with a family coming back from the beach every evening we needed extra showers, this was never an issue. The bathrooms were spotless and no mould in the shower, which always puts me off. The breakfasts were lovely and it was always stocked up with freshly cooked food. We stayed for 3 nights and we will definitely be back to stay in the summer if rooms are available. Bonus is kids stay free so can't really argue with that! I recommend Sand and Stone in Broad Haven for burgers if you are in the area! 10/10

I booked this hotel so we would be at the ferry port on time. It was an easy drive to the port and provided breakfast and a quiet room to stay. The hotel was clean and in good shape. We opted for the upgrade and it was worth it. The breakfast was average for a Premier Inn. If you need a reasonably priced room this is a great place to stay.

It is the little bits that count. As I was arriving late I phoned to say that I would not be there till after 11pm had to call 4 times from another country Aa it gets through to the call answering service who then put you through to reception. Each time the call ran out after 2 minutes with no answer. Saying they are dealing with other customers. No is the answer they are all outside at the side of the building having a cigarette and a chat. Found this out as I was checking out at 11:50 and no one to be found. Again they were outside chatting and smoking. The room was comfortable and clean it is just the service is disappointing. This is not my 1st visit here and this is very disappointing after so many good stays in the past. Please show improvement as it is the service that the increased prices are meant to show not increase the price and offer a worst service.

Lovely large accessible room which was great for getting around and wheelchair parking without it being in the way. Fab large accessible bathroom too. Lovely pub the other side of the carpark but not noisy at night.

Comfortable and convenient stay at this Premier Inn, as it is a couple of minute's from Withybush Hospital. The pub opposite was handy for food with a good selection and great service. Easily accessible from the car park.

Clean room, lovely hot shower and a comfortable bed. Staff were absolutely lovely, very helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and vegetarian options as well, plenty of juice and coffee.

Stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately the room we were given was caked in mould. We had our 6 year old so didn't feel like it was a good idea to keep the room as it was not healthy. However, staff (one woman on her own!) was very helpful and sorted us with another cleanish room. We were only staying so that we didn't have to do a very large drive after staying at Bluestone Resort that week. I hope they improve this hotel as it is a very handy location.

This is a standard Premier Inn so you know the standards to expect, all of which were met. Friendly and welcoming staff and a clean, comfortable, quiet room. Well placed for the station. Premier Inn breakfast rooms have had a cheery make over and this one is in the new style. Good buffet of hot and cold options. There is a vending machine in the lobby and car parking . No restaurant but a few steps across the car park is The Lost Coins, a popular gastropub.

I stayed here for 1 night, when visiting a friend. I booked a Premier room, as the price was very reasonable. The hotel is situated on the edge of town, but I knew that when I booked it and was able to walk from the station and then got a taxi back later in the evening. Having stayed at a few Premier Inns over the years, you know generally what to expect. The Premier rooms are very nice, with a coffee (pod) machine and fridge (with comp Water) as well as all the other items (Kettle, TV, Wifi etc). There were plenty of plug sockets and 1 next to the bed, which I always find useful. The room was very spacious and clean. It was also very quiet. The Bathroom had a Bath/Shower combo and was clean and spacious. Breakfast was the usual buffet style and I had no complaints. All the staff that I had interactions with, were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
