Easy, quick check in. Comfy bed, great gym, good variety of breakfast foods. Close to stores, easy highway access.

Hotel and staff are great. Only flaw is misthought parking design.
Definitely needs more parking. 3 trucks with trailers in Horizontal parking lot took up over 27 spots. No spots left after 7pm.

It was a very nice property, very clean and staff friendly.
They did not clean our room due to not having enough staff, but was able to get extra towels, coffee when we asked for it. Nice hot breakfast......

There were some security issues, but the room was clean and comfortable. There was a utility door that was stuck open and our room keys did not work on the exterior side and back doors.

On arrival front desk lady was rude. The rooms were not cleaned daily, had to call for towels or stop housekeeping I the hall to at least get clean towels

We have stayed at this location four times. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is convenient to North Austin.

There was long black hair on the bathroom floor, but when I notified the front desk on our way out to have fun, the entire bathroom was recleaned before we returned.

This is a 2 year old La Quinta. Very clear and tidy with lots of shopping and restaurants close by

Lady at check in was wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Younger guy taking over the night shift was just the opposite..rude, unhelpful and snarky. Needs training or an attitude adjustment. Otherwise it was a very nice stay and comfortable stay. One minor irritation is not being to do room charges. I went down to get some snacks and I left my credit card up on the room and then had to make an extra trip back to get it, which was a hassle.
