Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort

Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was awesome but go early or be prepared to be in line for 30 minutes. The pool is huge. Location is perfect, a block from the pier park and beach front.

Very clean establishment, kind of felt like we were at home which I loved! Food was good and Taylor from the front desk was awesome! She helped us out and we were able to enjoy our anniversary!

Poor planning on their part. Checkin time was 4pm, which is on the late side, but we couldn't check in until after 6:30. We sat around waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Not sure why it took that long to clean a room.

This property was amazing! The staff were all top notch!! Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were great! So many things to do. Within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

It was not very pleasant for me, they gave me a price and then charged me a lot of money after the reservation, they deceive you because they are not sincere when it comes to payment, very disappointed.

I arrived early at 11am. I was told my room was being cleaned and they would call me when it was ready. FIVE hours later it was not ready. I sat in the lobby for over an hour. They said there were no comparable room. However, after almost two hours they located a room with a beach view although it did not have pool access which I had NEVER requested. I did not even have a bathing suit. AT one point during regular checkin time there were 17 people in line with one person at the desk. Also, I got to meet four other people who were also waiting for a call when the room were ready. Note at the FIVE hour point we were told they were cleaning my room and yet it still had to be switched. I have never had such a bad check in experience - period!

The stay was pleasant. There was a deposit that was needed that i wasn't aware of; although, it will be refunded. I just feel that should have been mentioned before hand.

The room we reserved was not available when we came to check in. The manager was not available, she or he was cleaning rooms. We were supposed to receive a credit for the difference between our more expensive room and the room they gave us and still have not received it. When we went to check out they said they would email us the receipt, which we still do not have. We were forced to take a room with a king sized bed, we are two friends traveling together and did not anticipate having to sleep in the same bed since we reserved a room with two queen beds.

I rented an ocean view room based on the photo on the website..... You could technically see the ocean, but the room did not face the ocean as pictured....... This was very disappointing..... The hotel is very nice and will return there in the future
