Good service.
However, I think they need remodeling.
Air-condition sound was little loud.

The staff were friendly and room clean. No hair dryer and heating cooling system temperature control was broken. I found a remote control later that did work the temperature control but that was after using a pen to work the button behind the missing knob. Breakfast is terrible unless all you want is cold cereal, instant oatmeal and bagels , yogurt.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Bedsheets had hairs all over them. Luckily we had our own bedding. We could hear our neighbors conversations but they were quiet throughout the night. Bugs in the corner near smoke detector, caught in a spider web. Shower shelves were dirty, perhaps sand? Not sure. The customer service desk has great service and friendly staff. Breakfast provided if requested.

We were scheduled to stay 3 nights but due to weather conditions we left a day early to avoid snow conditions. Amanda helped us secure a reservation in Medford area. She even called asister motel and made reservations for us. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly suggest this facility.

Checked into our room to find someone’s used underwear on the floor behind the door in the bathroom ?
Also there was to go containers of food in the mini fridge ?
Makes you wonder how this happens the room is to small not to be able to see everything that needs cleaning !!

My husband and I have stayed here previously. We like the location right off the freeway. The rooms are spacious, clean comfortable bed, good lighting, view of the river, quiet. Also, a variety of options for dining.
I wish that the heating system functioned better. We set the thermostat at 77 yet with a few thin coverlets were cold all night. The outside temperature was low 40s.
I should have arisen and donned more clothing to sleep better…next time.

They didn’t clean our room each day. They also never brought us clean towels. The carpet was filthy. There was mold in the shower.

Not as nice as ******* listing stated 8.2. Really old hotel that they did there best to make nice / average. Put it at 6.8.. staff was nice. Wifi didn't work. Homeless camp close by 100 yds. Trash truck pulled in at 5a.m.
