I have stayed at plenty of Mercure hotels around the world, mainly in Europe. I love the brand and I think it provides great value for the price. This hotel is no exception. Yeh, I might not be as glamorous as the other big hotel chains in Rosario but it's reliable, has a great location (specially if you work on the north end of the city) and you get what you paid for. I read some other negative reviews but that was not our experience at all. Good job Mercure Rosario, we'll be back!

El Hotel es un 10, totalmente recomendable para aloj****. Pero el Spa puede mejorar mucho. Mala atención, mala limpieza. Incluso se cuelgan al reservar los turnos para masajes. El servicio de merienda que incluye también podría se un poquito más variado que sólo facturas..

Deberían replantear el diseño del baño y lavatorio que resultan incómodos. El baño se inunda al duch**** por el mal estado de la mampara. El precio de la cochera es alto y no estaba en condiciones ya que caía agua del techo. El bar carecía de bebidas sin azúcar y cervezas. Cabe destacar la muy buena atención de todo el personal.

Llegamos el dia sabado 27, familia de 4, en dos habitaciones. Las habitaciones comodas, prolijas , la cama divina, y de cortesia, habia cafe, te mate cocido y pava electrica. Toallas, jabones y shampoo de sobra. Almorzamos ahi, el menu variado y venia con bebida y postre que en relacion precio_calidad, exelente. Disfrutamos de la pile climatizada, temperatura ideal y el hidromasaje, super relax!!! Hay opciones de masajes, sauna pero no lo hicimos. El desayuno, y la atencion del personal terminaron de hacer placentera nuestra experiencia. De volver a Rosario, los elegiriamos denuevo sin duda. Ah casi me olvidaba, la ducha de la habitacion un mil!

La experiencia respecto al trato del en personal que nos recibió fue excelente y cordial, las habitaciones cómodas y modernas, el servicio de spa básico. Sumaria un frigobar en la habitación y mejor información respecto a horarios de uso de solárium , desayuno o bar.

Todo muy bien! La terraza y el spa en el ultimo piso...es espectacular! La habitacion tambien, con una vista genial (Piso 16), completa ...con bañadera con hidromasaje. Los empleados muy serviciales y correctos.Todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy rico y completo.

La verdad todo muy lindo 😊 Lo único es que en la habitación no había teléfono para comunicarme con recepción o pedir algo,pero todo lo demás muy perfecto 👌🏼pasamos una noche muy linda y cómoda en todos los servicios ofrecidos un 10 de 10 gracias 😊

Amplio, luminoso, bien ubicado, cercano al Portal Rosario. Desayuno variado. La pileta está muy bien ubicada y ofrece amplia vista. Solo faltaría más limpieza en los vidrios. Habitación cómoda y silenciosa. Estacionamiento cubierto y seguro

El hotel tiene una vista increíble con vista al río, el puente y el gigante de arrollito y es el único edificio alto cerca. Dicho esto. El servicio es de regular a malo. Jamas anduvo la wifi, ni el cable, ni los controles remotos de ambas habitaciones. Luego por las noches cierran la puerta porque hay una sola persona trabajando, y quedas esperando en la calle en una zona no muy vigilada. Dicho esto, el desayuno es normal, no tiene mucha variedad pero no es feo. también nos pasaba que la ducha estaba mal y tiraba agua por todos lados y la puerta del balcón se abría constantemente sola. Bajamos 3 veces a pedir que lo arreglen o nos den la llave para cerrarla pero no pasó, lo que hizo que la experiencia a la hora de dormir no sea del todo placentera. La vista del solarium en el piso 18 es genial. Con la pileta climatizada pero estaba repleta de gente, cosa que no es culpa de hotel
