Very well placed for those who wish to visit the animal park and the local tourist spots and with very good views over the mountains or the coast. At CNY there were limited food options and no information about the restaurant in the room or clearly advertised in the foyer. Staff were helpful and the lobby was very well arranged.

這個酒店除了離動物園近，其他全是敗筆，房間的燈光讓人覺得自己**掉了，陳舊的插座，讓你懷疑充電器隨時都會掉下來🥹，陳舊的床單被罩污漬。紙巾找遍沒有，洗漱用品有種回到十年前的感覺。

去動物園的最佳選擇 緊鄰動物園門口 進出極其方便 房間很大 還給提前開了空調 暖和 服務也超級棒 以後去還會定這裏 也會推薦朋友的 另外 從這裏去成山頭也很近 但成山頭一般 地標打個卡就行了

房間不大，普普通通，就是離動物園特別近而選擇的，酒店後面有塊小沙灘玩的挺好，門口吃飯的不好找，總之就是為了提早入園而做的選擇。動物園挺大的

衞生不乾淨，有煙頭和用過的棉棒，衞生間味道大，乾濕分離的浴室會漏出來到馬桶邊，洗手池下面下水道會滴臟水，床一翻身響聲特別大，別的酒店都是打電話問問你要什麼要求，這個是你打電話説找個安靜的房間就行了，得到的答覆是，沒有！過節人很多，都一樣。

訂了兩間房，一間主題房，一間標準間，説一下，現在雖然10月底，但是中午還是很熱的，酒店有中央空調，不給開，打電話問前台，前台説他們這個時間段空調都不會開設，他們這氣温10幾度不需要開空調，後來又説是設備有問題，不知道哪句真哪句假，我們進到房間很悶熱的感覺，酒店沒有提前給房間通風，我前幾天剛剛在別的地方住過酒店，人家都是給開中央空調的，開不開是我們的事情，但是你不能説有空調不讓我們開，酒店前台答覆説讓我們開窗通風，酒店的窗是倒着開的，本來就不通風，一共兩個窗户，一個有紗窗，另一個沒有，大家都熱的一頭汗，經過多次交涉酒店送來了風扇，這次旅行最不愉快的經歷就是這家酒店了，房間整潔度還是可以的。

優點:停車方便，就在動物園旁邊，走路到動物園門口五分鐘。房間大，寬敞，熱水來得很快。
缺點:所有房型的室內燈都非常非常昏暗，是真的昏暗，都沒有主燈，衹有壁燈。房間沒有抽紙，衹有廁所捲筒紙。裝修非常舊，貌似九十年代風格。早餐非常單調。不管是早餐還是正餐用餐都是提供一次性筷子，沒有正經筷子。

客服態度比網上的評價好多了，服務還不錯。就是衞生有待提高，飯菜質量也有待提高。離着動物園太近了，很方便。樓後面還有沙灘可以游泳。樓西邊有超市，東邊隔壁就是動物園入口。周邊幾乎沒有飯店。樓前面是環海公路，順着這條道往西走，幾乎所有的風景都看到了，比如布魯斯號，雞鳴島，小狗石等。價格偏貴了，我們住在華夏城邊上的華夏酒店比這便宜，性價比高了好幾個層次。

房間能看海，靠近動物園入口，但是酒店大堂門前是個大坡，拖着行李帶着孩子大夏天進進出出也是有點遭罪，最好讓司機送到大堂門口。去海驢島很近，公交打車都可。酒店除了離動物園近，沒啥優勢，房間就是老式招待所的樣子。很一般。退房幫孩子問瓶水都不給👍
