Rooms are nice and comfortable. New hotel. Breakfast was disappointing.

酒店的硬件設施很好，但是服務真的太拉胯了！從辦理入住開始就發生了很多不愉快，辦理入住很慢，感覺前台兩位都有點生疏，辦理好後，我發現房間是挨着電梯的，下樓跟前台溝通，協調換一個不挨着電梯的房間，前台十分不情願的表示要是換，衹有一層的房間了，給我換的這個房間真的更加離譜，走廊最後一間，改挨着樓梯了！！浴室地面全是水，浴室外面還有一坨頭髮，垃圾桶沒有清理！我入住的那天是週四，我想入住率應該不會很高吧，房間都來不及打掃了？？第二天早餐，我跟服務員説您好果汁沒有了，跟沒聽見似的，昂着頭就走了，過了一會兒拿出來一個大塑料瓶子，把芒果汁補上了，剩下倆直到我走還是空的！給我感覺，服務員都有一種我們入住給他們添麻煩了，一點服務意識沒有，你們可是洲際旗下的酒店啊！還有就是對於攜程還是洲際官方訂房區別對待的太明顯，我認為不管怎樣的方式，都是你們酒店入住的客人，得到的服務應該是一樣的！

酒店硬件設施非常好，不僅新且科技感十足👍👌房間馬桶和窗簾都是智能型的，電視也直接能調放到自己喜歡的頻道，便捷舒適感強🫡🙏細節之處也設計的很到位，比如枕套上有軟硬刺綉標識，非常適合像我先生挑剔枕頭的客人選擇🥰🤔水台膠囊咖啡機的安排，非常適合像我這樣睡前必喝杯咖啡的，才能安然入睡的人😅👍🌹酒店員工的服務態度，必須要超讚一下，無論餐廳還是前台，都是笑臉以待非常難得👍🌹🎁

房間:訂了多間房，家人一致反饋好評。
酒店設施非常新，床品舒適，備品elemis很棒，乾濕分區合理，智能馬桶提高幸福感，拖鞋夠舒適。即便是基礎房型也有膠囊咖啡，每天補給，很難不愛。
服務優秀，前台友好，餐廳和大堂工作人員笑意盈盈，小朋友還有甜筒🍦。
餐飲，早餐補充及時，經理一早就在門口迎接客人。
工作人員Nora，聯繫我們幫忙寄回遺漏的物品，謝謝！

説幾件不太滿意的小事
1. 電視換台超級慢，約30秒才能換台
2. 早上打電話那個good morning的男生答非所問，我問我在附近，如果早到可以早點入住嗎？他説你到了問前台？？打了＝沒打
3. 吹風機插頭的鏡子插座必須手扶着，我説還有人洗澡，先換一個試試，打電話給前台，結果還是來了一個大哥要修理，溝通不到位
4. 0122這邊的房間好吵，晚上有很多大車，影響睡眠
5. 房間的咖啡好難喝，太酸了，這個不賴酒店
6. 酒店沒有啥景觀，後面的金湖公園還在建設ing
再説好的
1. 服務熱情
2. 早餐不錯，但是五一人確實不少
3. 房間很新，比較智能，也大
4. 床品質量很好

體驗感很高，房間佈置合理且很乾凈，雙人洗漱台、衞生間浴室分離、智能馬桶和衞生間單獨洗手枱，設施很新，前台姐姐lisa態度很友好，連結switch客服部也給派人連接了

對比了幾家，到下午了才定了這家酒店，果然沒有失望，性價比高。
環境：房間乾淨整潔、大堂設計👍
設施：自動窗簾、咖啡機、智能馬桶，冰箱，特別是大堂有冰淇淋機，小朋友很滿意👍
服務：早餐品種豐富，很合口味，服務人員都很主動熱情

酒店很新，設施時尚，早餐豐富，味道可口，總體評價優秀。有幾點值得改進之處：
1. 酒店入住辦理緩慢，居然耗時近10分鐘！
2. 入住後wifi連接複雜，需要服務人員進房調試。
3. 電視機頂盒有毛病，播放不正常：專業人員給了一個電視遙控器，直接看電視中的節目；
4. 淋浴間與卧室幾乎通透，攜異性子女入住，洗澡比較彆扭！關於這一點，一直沒想明白酒店設計師在進行房間設計時是否意識到會存在這種問題？

酒店很新，服務一流，每個人都微笑相迎，有求必應！Nora小姐姐業務熟練，因為房型不挨着還幫我做了調整，因為等🉐久了還送一盒餅乾。來雄安的舒適感是VOCO給的！
