Hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia, świetnie położony w samym centrum zabytkowego Rzymu, co docenią zarówno turyści, jak i goście biznesowi. Jakość obsługi jest na najwyższym poziomie. Od momentu wejścia ma się wrażenie, że personelowi zależy na tym, aby pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy. Robiąc to, personel dokłada wszelkich starań, aby wszyscy goście zostali zapamiętani, a ich potrzeby zostały spełnione. Doceniłem to, że pomimo pełnego obłożenia, nie tylko udało się dostać pokój wcześniej niż pierwotnie deklarowany czas, ale także zgodzono się (bez dodatkowych opłat) na opuszczenie go godzinę później. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, to może trochę niewygodny jest brak bufetu, ale można to wytłumaczyć tym, że trudno byłoby go zmieścić w hotelowej restauracji, więc jedzenie jest dostarczane do stolików. Goście mogą jednak jeść do woli, a wybór potraw jest naprawdę zadowalający - w ramach każdego śniadania jest zawsze jedno danie na ciepło. Taras na dachu jest bardzo klimatyczny, gdzie można zarówno zjeść, jak i wypić drinka. Pokoje może nie są duże, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Jest nowocześnie i czysto. Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the centre of historic Rome, which tourists and business travellers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. When you enter, you get the impression that the staff are committed to making your stay enjoyable. To this end, the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the hotel being fully booked, not only was it possible to get a room earlier than the time originally stated, but it was also agreed (at no extra charge) that we could leave an hour later. As for the food, the lack of a buffet is perhaps a little inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it into the hotel restaurant, so food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat to their heart's content, and the food choices are really satisfactory - there is always a hot dish for each breakfast. The roof terrace is atmospheric and a good place to eat and drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are perfectly adequate. It is modern and clean.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms boasted a gorgeous design. However, there were a few drawbacks. The lack of water restocking in the room was inconvenient, especially given Rome's hot weather. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was limited and the dining area was cramped. The ground floor security staff were unfortunately rude and unhelpful when we tried to locate the hotel reception. A clear sign indicating the reception's location within the lifts would be beneficial, as the hotel is situated in a building with other businesses. Furthermore, the rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear noise from the corridor. The air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, and despite notifying the staff, the issue remained unresolved. The floor lights also did not switch off completely, making it difficult to sleep in the already hot room. Overall, this is a relatively new hotel with a few teething problems that I believe will be addressed in the future. If you're seeking a centrally located hotel in Rome, I would still consider staying here.

Het hotel ligt meer dan centraal, op loopafstand van bijna alle bestemmingen in Rome Het hotel ondergaat renovatiewerkzaamheden, maar het is goed opgezet en stoort u niet. De gangen zijn nog niet af en de kamers passen er perfect bij. Het zijn vrij kleine kamers. Ideaal om te slapen, te douchen, een paar minuten tv te kijken en uit te rusten. De ontbijtruimte is correct, naar mijn mening komt het overeen met een 3-sterren, er is veel personeel en veel plekken om te ontbijten. Dit gebied heeft veel hoekjes en gaatjes naar een bordspelgebied.

The bedroom was a bit dated and the bathroom was very tired with black mildew on the shower grouting.  Bed very comfortable and I slept well as my room was not on the front of the hotel.  Staff very nice and helpful.  Location is great.

Wonderful little hotel in a great location. If you book through trip make sure you message the hotel ahead of time to get a door code to enter! Outdoor patio is very nice, friendly staff, rooms and clean and tidy and the water pressure is great. Exactly what you need after walking all around the city.

Great location, near the metro and easy to move around Rome even by walking. Room is bigger than usual hotel rooms. Will definetly recommend to stay in Prestige Rooms again when I travel to Rome.

De locatie is uitstekend, op loopafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Er zijn tal van goede restaurants in de buurt en de supermarkt Tigre ligt aan de overkant van de straat, waardoor u gemakkelijk en betaalbaar water, melk en snacks kunt kopen. De ontbijtselectie is niet beperkt, maar wel behoorlijk vullend. De kleine, aangelegde tuin van het restaurant is charmant. De driepersoonskamer heeft een kleine tuin.
