İlk girişte zorlandık. Tesadüfi kapı açıldı. Her şey ile ilgilenen bir kisi vardi. Guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Şifreleri o bizimle paylaştı. Giriş ile ilgili bilgileri daha önceden mesaj alsaydık harika olurdu. Odalar temiz ferah. Konumu güzel. Terasta hiç oturamadık. Akşam karanlık, sandalye ve masa paslı. Bakım yapılırsa çok keyifli bir yer olur.

The Strange: erg moeilijk om in contact te komen met host/management. We kwamen op tijd aan voor ons incheckvenster en konden er niet achter komen hoe we binnen moesten komen. Er was geen deurbel om contact op te nemen met de manager; bellen naar het telefoonnummer op de reservering resulteerde in een sms-bericht waarin we vroegen om contact met hen op te nemen via WhatApp. Na een uur (letterlijk een uur) op de stoep te hebben gestaan, liep de manager naar buiten en stopte pas toen we vroegen of dit Suite Spagna was. Een paar dagen later vonden we een ander stel op de stoep dat hetzelfde doormaakte. De goede - locatie is optimaal met de nabijheid van restaurants, winkels, de metro enz. De kamers zijn uitstekend en de gemeenschappelijke ruimte is cool om rond te hangen. Zouden we terugkeren - nee. Met alle andere opties heb ik geen gedoe met inchecken nodig.

The location was perfect. Walkable to all the main attractions and super close to the Spagna Metro stop. Cafe's, shopping and the Spanish steps are right down the street. Bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable (hard to find in Europe) and the room was clean and well appointed. There is no lobby or check-in desk and the main area seems almost abandoned, like they use to host breakfasts and gatherings and/or it was a hostel and people would hang out there - this doesn't mean anything, just an observation. There is no elevator and you are several flights of stairs up. I would definitely stay here again!

LM Suites is all about location. You’re right at the heart of everything…walking distance to most attractions. Be aware that there’s no front desk. Our room was in the front fourth (3 flights of stairs) floor with no elevator. It is definitely worth the value as it is very reasonable compared to other hotels in Rome. Worth every penny.

Perfectly lovely spot for the right price. The location was perfect. Walkable to all the main attractions but tucked away just enough to get a break from the tourists. Near the Spagna Metro stop. Easy to get from airport. Surrounded by excellent restaurant options, my favorite in the city ended up being three minutes from the room. Spacious room, tiny shower. AC wasn’t as strong as I’m accustomed but fine. Bed comfortable and everything very very clean. There is not full time lobby, the building is accessed by code and the hall of hotel rooms is behind a second coded door. Not ideal but once I figured it out no problem. Lots of stairs inside and no elevator. Felt safe. Travel light(er) here.

Staff was very friendly. Located in the perfect location, all popular attractions are a short walk away. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Italy.

Per fortuna Roma offre molte alternative a questa soluzione. Tutte molto valide e addirittura migliori. Bellissima stanza a due passi da piazza di Spagna, arredata in stile "maison du monde", grigia e bianca, con altezze di ampio respiro e infissi insonorizzati. Fine dei punti a favore. L'ingresso della palazzina è situato in un vicolo sudicio, molto buio di sera e con qualche topo che gironzola indisturbato. La stanza è al secondo piano di una vecchia casa ristrutturata molto bene: molto faticoso salire coi bagagli e scalinata molto stancante da fare dopo una giornata di lavoro o visite. Wifi che funziona malissimo. Nel caso si debba lavorare, la connessione funziona poco. Porta a scatto: se ti dimentichi le chiavi sei morto anche perché la padrona di casa non risponde mai al cellulare, né chiamate, né messaggi Quello che ho letto in altri commenti riguardo la titolare, signora Marta, purtroppo è tutto vero. Lunedì: Arrivo a Roma alle 11h e telefono alla signora Marta per sapere l'orario di check in. Dopo qualche telefonata a vuoto, mando un messaggio (14h07) e vado in ufficio. Altre sette o otto telefonate pomeridiane e la signora Marta mi scrive che il check in comincia alle 14, il check out alle 11, varie ed eventuali oltre ai codici per accedere alla casa. Ma alle 18h mi informate che alle 14h ho accesso alla casa? Boh. Importante: lasciare la tassa di soggiorno (14 euro) in contanti sul comodino prima di chiudere l'abitazione. Mah! Tre giorni dopo, chiudo casa non prima di avere lasciato i soldi sul comodino, e mando foto alla signora Marta: faccio presente che mi serve la ricevuta. Venerdì: Due giorni e dieci chiamate dopo la signora mi invia con w.app un foglio bianco senza intestazione sul quale dichiara che ho pagato 10 euro di tassa di soggiorno. 10 euro? Se la tassa ne vale 7 per giorno e sono rimasto tre giorni e due notti, perché 10 euro? Avevo anche mandato la foto sei soldi sul comodino. Va beh. Foglietto senza indicazione dell'emittente: nome della società, ragione sociale, p.iva, varie ed eventuali. La signora si scusa: ho avuto un problema familiare. Sabato: ricevo la ricevuta fiscale e ringrazio cordialmente. Fine di una piccola storia triste. Esperienza da evitare. Offerta da non considerare. Controparte con cui non interagire.

Struttura centralissima comoda per tutti gli spostamenti sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Host gentilissima e cortese ma soprattutto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La stanza pulitissima ma soprattutto il topper è TOP! Si dorme meravigliosamente.. see you later 😊
