很讓人驚喜的一個酒店，屬於別墅民宿，一種住在家裡的感覺，周圍景色宜人，彷彿住在公園或深林裏，離海邊也不是非常遠，體驗羅馬的樹木景色和海邊，非常適合家庭旅遊

是一户很有教養的人家。友善又温暖。熱情也恰到好處，不過分。
院子很美。在陽光下吃早餐很有幸福感。
話説去了幾次羅馬之後，我寧願住郊區了。

We just had a quick stay on our way to the airport but the home and hosts are lovely. Far from the hustle of Rome’s city center, the guest house provided a comfortable stay in a neighborhood of local residents.

Very spacious and comfortable both in our suite and in the lounging areas. There were many options for breakfast and it was excellent. Raffaela also made some great restaurant suggestions.

It was an overnight stay as part of a larger Tuscany vacation. We arrived at night and Google took us to some questionable streets. Luckily we were greeted with beautiful mansion and warm host. The next day we were equally surprised by the beauty of the property when we had an amazing breakfast out on the garden by the pool. The personal touch made it feel like being invited to stay at a home instead of a bed and breakfast. Will definitely return if I am visiting Rome for longer than overnight,

Beautiful property owned and tended by lovely family. Our suite was terrific- comfy bed, nice bathroom and small adjacent sitting room with couch and desk. Balcony overlooking back yard with attractive patio, beautiful plantings and swimming pool. Free parking. Gated secure home in lovely community.

It is a little further from most things, not overly walkable, but if peace and relaxation is what you are looking for, this is perfection. We loved it here.
