It was my lucky day when I found this Bed and Breakfast. The location is great. The room is fantastic. The service is amazing. The hosts Lyuba and Marco go out of the way to insure you have a great visit. From arranging transportation from the airport to giving you excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to see in Rome they help you every step of the way. They even advise you on how to avoid the expensive tourist traps restaurants. I will definitely be stay there on my next trip to Rome.

If you’re going to Rome, this is where to stay. The B&B is lovely, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfasts were wonderful. Our hosts were very friendly and down to earth. They made sure that we knew of all the great places to see. They also recommended restaurants that were very good and reasonably priced, and told us where to avoid tourist traps. They arranged transportation to and from the airport for us. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

We had a great time staying, rooms very clean and beautiful, the breakfast was really tasty and rich. The owners were very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. A lovely place for a vacation!

Wir haben die Unterkunft nie besucht, aber unsere Erfahrung mir ihr war katastrophal!. Wir buchten im Januar für September und es war klar, dass wir eine Anzahlung machen mussten. Im Juli meldete sich die Unterkunft an einem Freitag gegen 17 Uhr und schrieb, dass wir binnen 24 Stunden 189 € überweisen müssen. Falls das nicht geschieht, werde man die Reservierung stornieren. Wir überwiesen am Samstag Vormittag. Am Samstag Abend hat die Unterkunft unsere Reservierung trotzdem gekündigt, weil das Geld noch nicht bei ihr eingegangen war. Das aber war technisch gar nicht möglich, denn der Vermieter schrieb uns, dass internationale Überweisungen 2 Arbeitstage dauern und am Wochenende nicht möglich sind! Unglaublich, oder? Er hat also absichtlich eine extrem kurze Frist übers Wochenende gesetzt, um unseren Vertrag loszuwerden. Dann bot er uns einen neuen Vertrag ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeit zu seinen Bedingungen an. Den wollten wir aber nicht! Jetzt steht unser Zimmer um 400 € teuerer wieder im Buchungsportal! Unfassbar, nicht wahr? Seien Sie also vorsichtig mit diesem Vermieter, wenn Sie weit im voraus reservieren. So etwas unglaubliches ist uns noch niemals passiert. Wir werden dort nie wieder buchen und empfehlen das auch Anderen.

Отличный семейный отель. 14 февраля с женой мы заселились в этом чудном отеле, через Booking мы арендовали номер, Люба хозяйка связал практически сразу, объяснила как лучше доехать. Заехали мы раньше чем положено, но Люба нас встретила, не взяла денег за ранний заезд, дала карту с подсказками куда стоит сходить. Номер чистый, уютный, место рядом с Ватиканом. Всем советуем, вернемся обязательна

Wir haben eine Reise für 4 Personen gebucht mit kostenloser Stornierung. Plötzlich wurde eine Anzahlung verlangt. Außerdem wurden wir auch per WhatsApp angeschrieben und kurz nach der Buchung Druck aufgebaut. In der Buchungsbestätigung stand davon nichts. Nachdem ich nachgefragt habe, wo das steht, wurde ohne weitere Absprache die Reise storniert. Unglaublich unfreundlich. Reise viel. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert.

Lyuba y su marido te abren las puertas de su B&B y te hacen sentir como en casa. La habitación muy buena, el trato excelente y la ubicación no podría haber sido mejor. Si tienes dudas o necesitas recomendaciones, están ahí para ti y echarte una mano con lo que necesites. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Roma, pienso repetir con ellos.

Sono stato in questa struttura per una settimana, per un periodo di vacanza. Di solito sono piuttosto pignolo, ma sono rimasto molto contento della pulizia della camera, del bagno (sono andato a controllare anche le fughe della doccia) e degli spazi comuni. Inoltre ho avuto modo di sperimentare la disponibilità dei gestori quando mi sono sentito poco ben a metà vacanza, il che mi ha dato molta tranquillità.
