The staff is very accommodating and kind but the hostel itself was dirty. We were planning on staying for a couple of nights but left just after the first one. We shared a room with a mumbling lady, who clearly had some kind of psychiatric problem, and told us that she had wetted her bed. Stay away from this place.

DIREI AL QUANTO PESSIMO X FORTUNA HO FATTO SOLO 3 NOTTI. DALLE FOTO E TUTTO BELLO PULITO E NUOVO. POI VAI LA ED È TUTTO DISTRUTTO. HO DORMITO NEL LETTO A CASTELLO (SOTTO) E HO PRATICAMENTE DORNITO A TERRA. BAGNO SEMPRE SPORCO E ROTTO. VOLEVANO CHE PAGASSI 2 VOLTE LA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO FINO A QUANDO NON MI SONO ARRABBIATA. DEVONO CONTROLLARE ANCHE CHI CI VIVE. In dotazione ti danno 1 lenzuolo 1 cuscino e 1 coperta. Niente asciugamani e niente lenzuola complete (2 lenzuoli coprimaterasso e coperta)

Hanno rifiutato un posto letto a un signore africano pagante , in quanto di colore. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni il receptionist ha risposto che non è colpa sua se i neri non hanno una bella nomea. Un posto del genere non ha senso di esistere nel 2022.
