The Loft - at Torre Argentina

De locatie van dit appartement is ongelooflijk. Het ligt zeer dicht bij vele bezienswaardigheden. U hoeft geen taxi te nemen. Er zijn ook veel supermarkten in de buurt en bussen zijn erg handig en geschikt voor toeristen. De faciliteiten en apparatuur zijn ook goed genoeg om enkele eenvoudige maaltijden te bereiden. Het nadeel is dat het netwerk erg onstabiel is en dat er geen handdesinfecterend middel en douchegel aanwezig waren toen we incheckten. Over het algemeen goed.

Grote ruimtes, goede geluidsisolatie en op een goede locatie. Het enige negatieve is dat de wifi niet werkte.

Milieuhygiëne is OK, service is goed

DON’T BOOK THIS PROPERTY EVER! And here is why: First of all, the host did not provide the code from a locker with apartment keys. I arrived around 1 am (at night) and was very confused how to get in, especially after calling the contact number and getting constantly rejected. Finally, i reached out the host via watsapp where i was passively aggressive attacked like what the heck its 1 am why i am calling. Alright, i got in. Touched the fridge door and it just fall down. Very good! Tried to brush my teeth before going to sleep and realized how smelly the bathroom is, it is really smelly and dirty. Next morning tried to connect to wifi (no any sign of password btw), but failed as password did not match. Contacted the property again and got response like it is me who changed the password/ wifi settings and got 0 help from the host. Finally, when i complained to Trip.com, the host just kicked me out from the property. I had 2 nights booked, and he said i will be refunded with 1 night equivalent and i have to leave immediately. I am still waiting for the refund and i was forced to search for another place to sleep, which makes it a big deal to me as i had only 2 nights in Rome, so i spent a lot of time on moving again. So, summary: the host is awful, aggressive and has 0 intention to help, instead , you will be attacked . There was no toilet paper, coffee (almost), shower gel (and similar stuff), no slippers, the fridge door was broken and there was literally no internet, wifi is unreachable and the cellphones are not working inside of the building (no signal). The couch in the apartment is firm as it is a stone, it can’t be used even for sitting, not speaking of sleep at all. Everything in the apartment is old, used (like truly used) and broken. The price for this place is insane.

世上最差體驗，ever。首先這是一個 bnb，完全不算一個酒店（沒有前台，沒有服務人員，沒有清潔，沒有任何。。），這是第一個預期管理。沒有洗漱用品/飲用水/拖鞋等等就算了，酒店並不乾淨，入住是一個不會及時回覆你的密碼鎖。最可怕的是，wifi 是壞的，同時在屋子裡絕大多數時候是沒有信號的。過程中和房管（一個 whatsapp 溝通之後）毫無解決問題的意願（wifi 壞了就壞了唄，不道歉，不給解決方法，甚至訊息已讀不回）。咖啡機裏面水是臟的，廁所反味兒，床很難睡。

羅馬最噁心的酒店，房東有種族歧視！晚上我們帶着很多行李抵達酒店時，沒有任何溝通下通知我們去另一家酒店，車站到酒店到更換酒店打車花費近100歐，我們預訂的是47平米整套公寓，得到的公寓雖然帶了客廳實際能使用的空間衹有十幾平，跟預訂完全不符！我跟房東確認整套公寓是否衹有我們住，房東回答不會有其他人，卻在第二天直接帶了新的房客進來，還很粗辱的罵我們為什麼要鎖住大門！外人可以隨意進出公寓，房間還不能單獨上鎖，貴重物品完全沒有保障，沒有前台沒有監控房東讓人無法信任，我們決定提前退房，房東不同意説自己最近很倒黴，把怨氣全部發泄在我們身上，最後我們衹能把四晚的費用當做花錢買教訓，平台賠償了一半的費用。收拾行李的時候房東一直不耐煩的催促我們，直到離開依然在對我們擺臭臉，後來我們換到了附近正規且友好的酒店，更加確信這就是一家騙人的酒店，房東**惡劣欺負亞洲人，如果不想像我們一樣花錢找氣受，奉勸各位千萬不要來這家酒店，我們一定會投訴到底！！！
