Vroeg inchecken, platinum kamerupgrade, laat uitchecken en gratis opslagruimte zijn allemaal beschikbaar. Het hotelpersoneel is zeer servicegericht en de kamer is schoon en rustig. Sinds het kamertype is geüpgraded, is de kamergrootte vrij groot. groot in het algemeen, goed. Het hotel ligt in het stadscentrum, zeer dicht bij diverse bezienswaardigheden, en de openbare veiligheid in de buurt is zeer goed.

Alles was goed ,ontbijt was heerlijk,als je half pension heb eet je s avonds in een restaurant om de hoek waar je veel keuze hebt en het ook nog lekker is, kamer is schoon,erg vriendelijk personeel. Dicht bij het centrum. Gewoon perfect

Fabulous stay. We arrived after a long day traveling and it was a very welcome surprise. Our checkin was smooth and easy. Very friendly and welcoming reception. Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and spotlessly clean. A really extensive breakfast by European standards, possibly one of the best we’ve experienced in Europe. Fresh, good variety and again welcoming staff. Great location to see everything on foot lovely and quiet for sleeping. Nothing to change, would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!!

Hotel is 1 star at best. Room was extremely small and the furnishing were very old. Very little small tiny elevator. Receptionist was not friendly. This hotel is too expensive for what it is

Did a short stay here before a cruise out of Civitavecchia. Central location not too far from Roma Termini train station, which is convenient if you come with the airport express train from the airport. We had a tiny room with view to the ugly backyard - not nice at all. Old furniture and uncomfortable bed, super thin blanket and small pillows. Small TV. Minimal space to move around, little space for your luggage. Extremely tiny elevator (only one in the hotel). Very expensive compared to the quality of the room and the hotel in general in my opinion. A very disappointing stay - will not be back.
