Atendimento excelente, funcionários muito simpáticos, muito bem localizado. Gostamos muito! O único ponto negativo é que o hotel é localizado dentro de um possível centro onde tem outros hoteis e estabelecimentos dentro, o que causa uma confusão para achar, pois não tem identificação para quem passa pelas ruas.

Small out of the way place. The gentleman who worked there was so helpful and attentive to our needs. Including taking us to the airport at 4am. Highly recommend this place.

Only one person does registration and housekeeping. No 24x7, so if you are planning to leave bags, you are taking a big risk as the keypad codes through the several gets to get to the property don't always work. And if you have a foreign SIM card, you may not be able to reach anyone for help. Overall quality of the rooms not commensurate with the room rate. I stayed at a nearby hotel on subsequent dates that were cheaper with 24x7 staff and much better room quality.

Excellent location close to the main train station, metro and buses. Within walking distance of all the main historical attractions. Small but comfortable room with great service.

fantastic service, very kind and helpful front desk. good location and perfect for us on a budget , clean and good for pre-cruise stay in Rome. highly recommend for those seeking adventure and not hanging out in the room !

Communication through ******* was average.air con didn't work.fridge dirty and smells .bed small and hard as are the pillows.no amenities.only upside was close to railway station.noisy with other guests coming and going.communication on arriving was ok

Safe and quiet place. Close to Termini station and restaurants. Not much space for your clothes and there are no luggage rack, no iron/board to borrow.
The room are clean and tidy except the drawers has hairs which I cleaned and I think the fridge has a black mold. Air conditioning is not that good enough to cool us other than that all is well.
