The location is very convenient. Comfortable rooms and nearby have restaurants and other facilities. Also they provide the information we asked for and have a good restaurant

Located just a few minutes away from Roma Termini, this gem of a hotel has everything you need for an amazing stay in Rome.
Rooms are large with high ceilings, and the newly renovated bathrooms are great and clean.
The breakfast buffet at the top floor has a variety of hot and cold options, with an amazing view from the outdoor terrace.

while the location is not bad at all and the staff are friendly and helpfull, there are quite a few problems:
1:1 of the elevators didnt work so at times you will wait fro a while to reach your floor or from your floor to the lobby.
2:they were renuvating the hotel so there was noise and smell
in general I wouldnt say the stay was worth the money paid for.

Perfect location near termini, but the rooms were so old fashioned, no one to carry our bags so we had to do it our selves, & bed sheets were so over used and caused some itching.
There were 2 receptionist, the female was overly nice but the guy was rude and unwelcoming

レセプションで対応してくれた方がフレンドリーで丁寧でした。
朝食も美味しかったです。また利用します。

沒有免費飲用水，房間很簡單，網絡不好，可能羅馬酒店溢價相對嚴重，確實不像4星酒店。總體來説衞生還可以，能做到乾淨整潔。早餐還可以，不是很豐富，熱菜衹有炒蛋，培根，香腸。

Great location. 2 mins walk to Rome train station. A supermarket is down the block so the convenience is unbeatable.
Room is clean but street noise is quite loud from the room
Kind of hard to drag heavy luggages to the elevator cuz the hallway is curvy n long
Overall a nice experience.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel given its location. I really wasn't sure what to expect after walking thru the streets at night, but once I entered the facility, I was very pleased.
Rooms were clean even though the showers were a bit small for me. But my daughter enjoy the comfort of the hotel and the close proximately to the various restaurants, transportation and sights of interests.
