Horrifically dirty and way over priced . Worst acclimation ever at 330 total extortions and Fraudulent. Could not contact the owner to resolves the issue and then they proceeded to fabricate charges . What a horrible place and horrible customer service

We found this wonderful little slice of heaven close to Piazza Navona and Castel Sant Angelo. We had a very special time thanks to Afsoon and team. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Keep up the good work. Cant wait to stay again.

Absolute shambles of a property!!!!! Had booked in 8 months in advance for going to the Ryder cup with friends. Got an email a day before going that it had been cancelled. Very coincidental that properties in the same area were going for over £4000 this weekend and we had it for £700. Ended up staying close to the station where friends had Rolex stolen at gun point and mugged

This is a wonderful hotel. The decor is a perfect balance between traditional features and modern convenience. What is particularly striking is the level of customer service. The team went to extreme lengths to make us comfortable and we were made to feel welcome at all times.

We arrived to discover a room the the most filthy bathroom I have ever soon. For 330 Euros they should be charged with fraud . We tried to check out one day early and it was impossible. We were given the run around and when trying to Demand a refund they Came back at us says there were damages . Utter lies . If you would like a terrible place to stay that is very noisy and filthy this is the place . I have never had such an awful room experience and shocking customer service in my life .

Our reservation was cancelled without informing us. We tried to contact the owners and so did booking .com. we checked with Visa, an all clear confirmed everything on our side was ok. They did not pickup the phone and didn't the following days neither did the answer to any e-mqil we sent. This was an unfortunate stressful start of our Holliday's. Fortunately we were able to book another appartement bet these f+ckers need to get kicked of all booking sites. Don't book here, there are plenty of friendly hosts in Rome.

The location of the property is ideal. The reason behind my low score is the standard of the room and the way my previous review has been handled on another website. The walls where stained from what looked like previous leaks. The shower was dirty and green. The hot tub needs resealing. The room needs some major TLC.

Perfect location, nice room- not so Big but for the prize very nice. Worked Well with check in online. Very nice breakfast café. Would choose again. Quick response when we had questions.
