We zijn sinds vorige week terug van ons verblijf in Portrait. Ik was er met mijn vader. Bij aankomst viel ons de familiale sfeer al op; gelegen in de duurste winkelstraat van Rome. We kregen een upgrade van de kamer en deze kamer had zelfs 2 verdiepingen; prachtig. Er waren geen woorden voor; elke dag hadden we mooie attenties op de kamer. De bedden waren super... Het dakterras was een portret op zich, fenomenaal hoor...Het ontbijt was ook heel verzorgd, hier kom je letterlijk niets te kort. Het personeel is super, we kennen jammer genoeg alle namen niet, de dame van Bodrum bij het inchecken was zo lief, alles regelde ze, van taxi's tot het vinden van verborgen kluis in de kamer...:) Ook de golfcar tour vanuit het hotel met Thomas was ook de moeite waard. Kortom, kon ik 20 op 10 geven deed ik het. We hebben genoten, nog eens dank aan het prachtige Portait Team; thx 1000 x

The location of the Portrait Roma is exceptional. The room was a delight and the service couldn't have been better. They provide an exceptional experience and I would highly recommend.

My partner and I had the most memorable experience in Portrait Roma. Every single one of the staff members were kind, helpful, joyous, loving, caring and paid attention to all the details possible. From the specialized cards, to the daily treats, our stay at Portrait Roma was the best I've experienced and I simply can't wait to come back! They made our engagement and birthdays the most special moments! Thank you!

Portrait Roma is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly professional and fun. The location is unbelievable. The breakfast - delicious! So many wonderful restaurants, shops, and sites to see, all within walking distance. The Spanish Steps are a stones throw away and Trevi Fountain is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel - amazing!! The lifestyle team made reservations for us at restaurants and arranged for walking tours, sometimes in a moments notice. They helped make our stay a memorable one.

Delayed on overnight flight from AZ, our late night arrival meant huge reveal the next morning! Any hotel with Hermes right across the street sets the bar way up in my mind. The the night time traffic was thick but quieted down and nothing but church bells greeted us in the mornings. Upstairs we had excellent coffee and an epic and outstanding breakfast. All the while you're dining with the Spanish Steps, Villa Medici and the Hotel Hassler surrounding you. And at night? Oh my, the lights will astonish. The staff was wonderful, our room and bath both dead comfortable. Go.

The photos did not lie, Portrait Roma was all we dreamed of and expected. Simoni started our experience with a smooth and elegant check in process. Our suite was ready early and it had more amenities than we expected from fresh macaroons to a Dyson flat iron. The decor was stunning and had the Salvador Ferragamo style all about, the drapery and linens were fabulous. Although we had no view from our suite it was spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of storage for luggage and a fabulous coffee and kitchenette area. The bar on top is amazing we enjoyed many special drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Now breakfast is a must, do not miss the breakfast. The amazing amount of delicious food procured , prepared and presented by Alesia and Arela will leave you in awe. I couldn’t get enough of all the delicious options, The staff is so helpful and professional. We will certainly be returning.

It was second stay at this hotel in the last year and, once again, I can sum up this stay as perfect. The staff was supportive and kind, facilities of the hotel are in the highest level and the whole experience was amazing. It felt like a very welcoming home managed perfectly.

Our experience at Portrait Roma was simply Perfection, from the location just steps from the Spanish Steps to the perfectly appointed rooms, the incredible views from the terrace to the cozy a**osphere. The Hotel is beautiful but what made ours an excellent experience was the staff. We were welcomed by Simone at reception and he immediately made us feel at home. Gianluca, the hotel director made sure everything was well taken care of. By the end of our stay we felt like long lost friends with both. The breakfast crew was attentive to every detail, the bellmen and evening servers at the rooftop bar friendly and professional at all times. We cannot wait to be back in Roma with our familyand stay at Portrait Roma.

Loved staying at Portrait Roma. We stayed here once before, a few years ago. It’s such a perfect jewel. Great location, fabulous beds, delicious food and drinks on the rooftop. The staff are wonderful. So accomodating and helpful. The view from the rooftop is great, especially at night,
