B&B Hotel Roma San Lorenzo Termini

角部屋で広く快適でした。駅からはバスを使ってアクセスしました。近くにスーパーがあって便利です。路面電車が近くを走っています。

房間比較小，外面就是火車，晚上比較吵，希望下次前台方便一些，感覺很不近人情，也沒什麼意義。連鎖酒店要重信譽，不是一次性消費

國內如家水平，算是乾淨整潔。入住效率不錯，沒有出現佛羅倫薩店的入住扯皮情況。位置很好，雖然是在一片公墓旁，但是不能否認的是去哪都方便，尤其離車站不遠。酒店服務還湊合，衹是存行李有點困難，店員服務意識還是欠缺，衹管退房後的行李，入住前不管？這還是攜程提前溝通過的，雖然最後同意給免費保存，但是也費勁溝通許久，有點敗興。中評吧

近くにバス停があるのでローケーションとしては悪くはないですが、治安の面で不安になる場所でした。 水などのサービスはありません。清掃は毎日ありました。1.2日くらいの短期滞在なら良さそうです。

周圍電車聲音很大，如果入住最好住在遠離電車軌道的位置，房間不太大，衞生還是不錯的。羅馬公交很不準時，樓下電車常常早點/晚點，做好準備。

En general bien, excelente relación calidad-precio, es tipo business class. Limpio, las camas cómodas. No está a distancia caminable de las áreas turísticas y de la terminal son entre 15-20 minutos caminando... la zona por la noche no es bonita (se ve peligroso) pero tiene de ventaja que a media cuadra pasa el tram y a dos cuadras el bus.

Booked this hotel trusting all the amazing reviews I saw online, and this is what happened: Upon arrival the location seemed very weird. Run down buildings with lots of graffiti everywhere. Area seems ok anyway. There are nice places to eat a few minutes walk away. Our room was on the ground floor and had no windows. The air con can’t be turned on until the end of may (meaning you have to sleep with the door open to have some air -and mosquitoes- come in), the floor was so dirty you couldn’t walk barefoot, and the worst thing that happened: my partner got food poisoning and got sick in bed. Went to reception and called to the number that’s written down for emergencies to ask for a new duvet and things to clean up the room. The guy whom picked up the phone said reception was closed, he was in Milan and there was no one to help me. So if there’s an emergency there’s no one in the building to help you outside reception hours?? Complained the next morning and the woman in reception was clueless. Didn’t even offer a partial refund. I would have changed hotels that day if it wasn’t for the fact that it was our last night there. The breakfast wasn’t as good as everyone says. Low quality products. For less € you can have a nice traditional breakfast anywhere else. When in Rome you want to go back to your hotel and relax to feel like new the next day and keep exploring. In between the heat, lack of air and uncomfortable pillows I didn’t have a single good night sleep.

If you are scrolling around trying to find a luxurious hotel, well you have found the right one. The hotel is brand new. All furnitures etc in the room as well as in the bathroom is brand new and modern. Its located quite near the central station in Rome and the staff is super professional. Hands up for this one!
