酒店位於市中心，大部份羅馬的主要景點均可在20分鐘步程內到達。我們一共住了3晚，前枱的女老闆非常友善，一抵步即送我們地圖並介紹了各個景點的位置。房間陳設簡單整潔、提供拖鞋和大w數風筒，酒店每天奉送的早餐新鮮即製、豐富又好吃。我們住的1號房，推開房間大窗，意式高貴街道的景緻盡收眼底。唯一美中不足是抽風系統不太行，洗完掛好的衣服一晚過後完全沒乾。

有點小驚艷，很乾凈很舒適，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全的小公寓。訂的房間有一張2米大床外加一張沙發床，沙發床應該也有1米寬，很適合帶大孩子的家庭出行！陽台的窗户可以打開，有冰箱有保險櫃有大衣櫃！特別表揚洗手間，很大很寬敞！地理位置就不用説了，出門2分鐘就是西班牙廣場，20分鐘到鬥獸場！
服務也特別贊，首先是服務態度，先後三位服務員都特別好很熱情！其次是服務質量，房間是每日打掃的，很乾凈；早餐都是現做的，味道很好！我們定了兩晚，因為有一日要趕早班飛機，趕不上他們的正常早餐時間（8點），小姑娘提前一天幫我們準備好了次日早餐放在我們的房間裏（最後一圖）。

I had an incredible experience at Maison Evelina! This boutique hotel is perfectly located in Rome, just a stone's throw away from the Spanish Steps. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a delightful stay. Unlike many other places in Rome, there's no late check-in charge, making the entire process seamless. The inclusive breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a variety that was both awesome and more than adequate. I was truly impressed by the overall charm and hospitality of Maison Evelina.

Room was modern, new and extremely clean. Team were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location is perfect, in the heart of the city, surrouded by restaurants and stores, minutes away from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and an easy walk to the Coluseum etc I was travelling alone and felt very safe in this area. I would definitely highly reccomend

Great location - beautiful bathroom - staff was very friendly and helpful - just note this is a small hotel and the reception desk is only open from 9am till 2pm.

Excellent location near the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso.
The staff is very helpful.
The room we were in is right next to the kitchen and the dining room, so you leave the room straight into the guests' dining table.
Not very pleasant.

Property is in a great location. Our room was on the second floor. Entry doors are locked you will have to buzz to get in. They will give you a access code at check-in. Very small elevator. Room is very clean, on the small side, nice size bed very firm, good size TV by Rome standards, good mini fridge with multiple types of water, juice and soda drinks included. Room had a safe, Beautiful marble bathroom, nice shower, toilet and bidet. Breakfast was typical fruit, croissants, toast, yogurt, fruit and eggs. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with any requests. They are not on site in the evenings, if you are arriving late you will have to let them know a head of time.
