跟他提醒之後有比較暖和，也有給我棉被
但是吹風機壞掉，他竟然跟我說沒有辦法給我一台新的
服務人員態度很冷淡

Zeer mooi hotel, lekker ontbijt naar Italiaanse normen en super vriendelijk personeel (Victor en collega’s). Op 100m metro en makkelijk om alle toeristische trekpleisters te bezoeken. Een oase van rust in centrum van Rome met prachtige tuin en zwembad. Een echte aanrader!

Ik heb alles bij dit complex als matig ervaren. De kamers in het bijgebouw zijn klein, gehorig en niet echt schoon. Vieze kitnaden in de douche en ook de airco deed het de laatste dag niet. Het ontbijt is redelijk. Verwacht alleen geen fatsoenlijk brood. Het zwembad en omgeving ogen niet echt opgeruimd en schoon. Er is gewoon weinig personeel waardoor ze denk ik te weinig tijd hebben voor alles. Kortom niet voor herhaling vatbaar al is het natuurlijk lekker om even buiten te kunnen liggen en zitten na een dag in Rome.

The place is very nice and is very close to the city center, the room is very comfortable with all the amenities available, the inside car park is not included on the price but if you want your car safe it’s a good option. The breakfast is very good and the personnel is very kind and helpful

Great location near circo maximo. 15 mins walk to the colloseum and Roman forum. 20 mins walk to Travastere and easy to get the bus to and from. It’s like a little oasis - quiet and you wouldn’t think you were in central Rome. Especially with the pool which is a welcome break in the heat! Loved our stay and will be back.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. It is highlight of our first trip to Rome. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

This hotel is unique. In the centre of Rome, close to the Circo Massimo metro stop and convenient for the hop on/off buses, it has a great outside space of garden and pool. The rooms are lovely and spacious and are well equipped. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Victor who went out of his way to make our trip so memorable. The breakfast is better than many 5 star hotels and provides great gluten free options for those who are coeliac. Really could not recommend this place enough. If you want a large, faceless corporate hotel experience this is not the place for you. If you want a unique experience, and a flavour of Rome then this is the place to stay. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at Fauno Urban for one night in Rome at the start of our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Modern, clean, spacious, affordable rooms in a beautiful open garden/courtyard space walking distance from the Colosseum and many other landmarks in Rome. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome, and we will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Rome!

Our room had visible mould, a broken handle on the door to the balcony which prevented us from using the balcony, and our shower flooded. We asked for some sort of compensation but we’re not allowed to talk to any manager.
