Todo perfecto. Habitación limpia y desayuno con fruta y bollería. Está a unos 20-30 min del coliseo andando y sino hay una parada de metro cerca.

We spent a great time in Rom. The owner of the hostel is very kind. He gave us useful tips where to go. The place is calm, comfortable and clean. Bus and metro are close. The room was big and had even a small kitchen. Breakfast was OK. Only critics: I would have liked less sugar and less wrapped food for breakfast. Taken all together it was a great stay. Grazie!

The host was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nothing to really brag about. We found out that the breakfast started at 08 am every day, which for us was too late given our plans. The bed was very hard/stiff, and was not comfortable to sleep on. My boyfriend even came home with some backpain due to the bed. I got rashes the second day in Rome, which only increased during the stay. It seemed to me that this might have been caused by bedbugs because the rashes all went away after my visit here. So I would not recommend this place even though it's cheap..

St John Villa was a lovely bed & breakfast, within a 25 minute walk of the Colosseum and less than a 10 minute walk to San Giovanni metro. Vincenzo was a great host. There was a good selection for breakfast and our room was extremely clean and inviting. Our twin room had the added bonus of a lovely terrace & kitchenette too, with a fridge. If we are lucky enough to travel to Rome again, we will definitely book in at St John Villa again.

The breakfasts were great, can't fault anything. The owner is very nice and helpful. Rooms are just big enough for 2 people, clean and tidy. There was no problem. I would certainly recommend the accommodation to other people. The location of the accommodation is also great. Close to monuments and the bus and restaurants and shops too. Enjoyed the stay.

The property is in a great location. It is in walking distance to stores, restaurants, ATMs, etc. and is in a very safe neighborhood. The owner is extremely nice and helped me more than once with some problems I had. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this property.

The location of this B+B is good, but the rooms are a bit old. The bathroom could do with being renovated. The mattresses are old and far too soft. St John’s Villa boasts a savoury breakfast, but limited to long-conversation bread and spreading cheese.

beautiful large room, shared terrace with sea view, private parking available. friendly and helpful owner. excellent breakfast. A short distance from the Meeting Point for trips to Vesuvius and right next to Ercolan. there are several restaurants and cafes nearby
