Hotel 325 Tor Vergata

It is very far from the city center. but the connectivity is very convenient the hotel is 1 min walk from the bus stop. The hotel is very clean, the room is very spacious. Breakfast is very luxurious the best breakfast I had in all of Italy. Highly recommended.

Stanze non pulitissime, sono stato svegliato nel cuore della notte dall’addetto alla sicurezza che urlava dicendo che avrebbe chiamato la polizia perché era suonato l’allarme anti incendio e l’albergo andava a fuoco È entrato svegliando mia moglie e solo dopo si è reso conto che forse aveva sbagliato. Credo che non tornerò più Mai vissuta un’esperienza simile .

Rooms were adequate, clean with comfortable beds. The down side it’s on a very busy road miles from anywhere that resembles Rome. There is NO BAR or restaurant ( just a breakfast room). One lovely receptionist (ilaria) who helped us negotiate our way around, the other receptionist was cold & unhelpful. You need to cross the busy road to catch a bus that takes you to the metro to go into Rome. You will need to purchase bus tickets from apparently the tobacconist several metres away, or reception as occasionally they have if they admit to having them. BEWARE you are way out of Rome, you will need transport.

Terrible motel !!!This is not a hotel, at best it is a roadside lodge, terrible location next to a service station and in a very rundown area, and on a very busy main road. Tried to check in just after 2pm, reception was closed. no one answered the emergency number, called several times left messages no one bothered getting back to me. had to pay for another hotel closer to central Rome, it is 1 hour taxi to airport and 45 mins to center of Rome, no train station nearby. I spoke to lady in office next to hotel, who were probably the owners but denied and refused to contact someone to check me in, even informed me that it stated on the booking conformation that the reception was closed between 2pm and 4pm, how would they know that if they were not the owners. Do not stay here again it is not a HOTEL......

Ottima posizione ottimo hotel Camera ampia bagno ampio ampio parcheggio comodo per il centro e non solo,vicino a ristoranti e pizzerie ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,peccato non aver provato la colazione per motivi di lavoro sono andato via prima da ritornare

Stanza pulita grande ,colazione buonissima poi il personale era gentilissimo un hotel molto accogliente e molto bello con colazione molto ma molto buona, l'hotel è molto buono e rinnovato un senso che le camere per aprirle devi mettere il codice

Hotel facile da raggiungere, parcheggio riservato, camere ampie e ben pulite. Il bagno andrebbe rivisto. Personale gentilissimo, anche se la holl non è aperta h 24 meglio telefonare prima, colazione a buffet non male. Consiglio rispetto a altri nella zona.

Hotel nella norma in buona posizione. Pago all'arrivo di sabato sera dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro perché la mattina successiva dovevo ripartire presto. Primo problema: mi dicono che la colazione viene servita alle 8.00 e non è possibile un early breakfast perchè... È domenica... (per un hotel che si identifica come business hotel è una mancanza grave). Secondo prblema: arrivato in camera scopro che non c'è acqua calda. Dopo averlo segnalato al personale, confermano di essere al corrente di un guasto ma si limitano a scusarsi, e dicono che in quanto sabato sera non possono risolvere il problema. In questa occasione si sono dimostrati estremamente scorretti in quanto essendo a conoscenza del problema avrebbero dovuto segnalarlo al momento dell'arrivo, e proporre come minimo uno sconto, invece hanno chiesto il pagamento per intero! E nonostante il mio reclamo inviato per iscritto si sono limitati a offrire un non ben definito sconto per un eventuale prossimo soggiorno. Inutile dire che non intendo ripetere l'esperienza.

Hotel molto carino,ragazze alla reception molto cordiali e disponibili, colazione eccellente camere pulite e climatizzate, parcheggio interno gratuitosiamo stati davvero bene ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
