Excellent location, great breakfast, and comfortable room. It is perfectly located for all major sightseeing, and easy to cross the bridge into the Trastevere district for dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Self check-in after 11:00 and guests are advised about quiet hours after 21:00. Expect some street noise in the morning because of the nearby market. Be advised that you must climb two flights of stairs to get to the elevator, so those with heavy luggage or bad knees may have a problem.

Perfect location and everything we needed. Walkable distance to all major tourist hotspots in Rome. Breakfast can be brought to your door at the time you require between 8am-10am. Christina was more than helpful throughout our stay. Can be a little loud at times outside but that didn’t bother us. Very happy with our choice.

Both nights that we stayed there was very loud music started around 1:00 am until 4:30 am. We reported this to the hostess and she would took care of it. Even after the police came, the music started again. It is a missed opportunity for the hostess that she did not come by to see how we were doing. That's a shame, we have been able to do less during our trip due to lack of sleep.

Perfect location for the Heart of Rome. The room is modern and quiet. The staff is fabulous. Breakfast delivered. Could not recommend more! Perfect in every way!

A definite 10/10 for me. What I loved about this was:
Location - close to the market, lots of shops and restaurants.
Beautiful room furnishings. Room was equipped with everything you might need - toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, espresso machine, iron, fridge, tv.
Cristina is a wonderful host. She answered my queries through email, helped with transport and is very friendly and efficient.
Clean and nice pot pourri smell :)
Will definitely choose this place to stay again ... well done ❤️

Location is perfect, walking distance from the city center. Christina was very helpful, pointing out great spots and with transportation from and to the airport.

Great location to explore Rome. Nothing we wanted to see was out of walking range. Cristina was amazing and very responsive. She also arranged for airport transportation both ways. Those with mobility issues would have difficulties as there are some stairs. Room was clean and very spacious for Europe. Although it is close to a main area, the windows they installed were great for blocking the noise. Highly recommend this property.

Christina was very kind & accommodating, she helps me with my inquiries esp where to go to.
Mary was nice too, she gave us our breakfast early for the ff. Day because our flight was early.
