A modern b&b located very close to a bus stop from where you can reach the city center in 30 minutes. The room was clean, comfortable and good-looking. Towels and hygiene products were provided. The staff was very kind. I truly recommend!

Great location and amazing service. Owners, maintenance and even guests, were all very nice and accommodating people. The room was clean with plenty of space and fully furnished. The breakfast was also included, as well as Wifi. The kitchen is quite large with all necessary appliances. Best of all, available at anytime when needed. I had a good 2 week stay with no worries and nothing to complain. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in a non touristic overcrowded hotel in the middle of Rome.

La camera è pulita calda e ben accessoriata, il letto è comodo. Lo staff è stato disponibile e la struttura ha uno spazio giorno organizzato e accogliente. La posizione è tranquilla e ben collegata al centro. Vi sono parcheggi liberi sulla strada nelle vicinanze della struttura.

Voto 7! PREGI: Casa vacanze molto molto carina. Cucina enorme e stanza molto carina e pulita, letto comodo con lenzuola profumatissime, grande doccia e soprattutto un balcone con una vista niente male. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile facendo ospitare anche qualche nostro familiare potendo usufruire anche della cucina per un oretta. DIFETTI: Rumorosa. C era un rumore fortissimo ed insopportabile che ogni tanto partiva non si sa da dove, non so se dall appartamento stesso o dall appartamento accanto ma era davvero fastidioso. C era tanto eco in tutto l appartamento ma soprattutto la ragazza delle pulizie per 2 mattine di fila parlava al telefono, mentre puliva le camere, a voce alta dalle 9 del mattino senza preoccuparsi completamente dei clienti che alloggiavano nella struttura, soprattutto con l eco dell appartamentou che peggiorava la situazione. Questa è stata la nostra esperienza.

Bella struttura centrale e ben collegata vicino anna stazione Nomentana, camere a tema ben curate pulite e ben isolate dai rumori esterni. Prezzo più che accessibile. Il titolare Andrea ti accoglie con molta professionalità e ti indirizza verso la camera a te riservata. Esperienza più che positiva. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ho fatto un week fuori con gli amici ed abbiamo soggiornato qui. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutto comodo e pulito. Le camere sono favolose! Vicino ai mezzi di trasporto ci si muove comodomente . Torneremo sicuramente.

Mi dispiace ma c' è molto da migliorare in questo b&b. L' unica cosa positiva è aver trovato la camera calda. Poi per tutto il resto meglio un hotel. Infatti ci siamo resi conto che allo stesso prezzo che abbiamo pagato per due notti in questo b&b ( quasi €250 senza colazione) avremmo speso gli stessi soldi ( paragonato troppo tardi su booking) se prenotavamo un hotel con colazione inclusa. Non scendo nel dettaglio su ciò che è andato storto in questo soggiorno, perchè sarei davvero molto molto cattiva, mi basta non tornarci piu.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura... Stanze a tema luminose spaziose e molto pulite. Bagno grande dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione comoda per poter raggiungere il centro di Roma con i mezzi... Staff e proprietario gentili e attenti alle varie richieste del cliente! A presto!

Arrivati presso la struttura non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci. Dopo varie telefonate ci indicano una stanza che era già occupata. Successivamente, sempre dopo altre varie telefonate, rispondono e ci indicano una nuova stanza, dove troviamo un cuscino senza fodera e le lenzuola piene di capelli. Inoltre, il lavandino del bagno era otturato. Di conseguenza, il costo è eccessivo rispetto al trattamento ricevuto.
