I stayed here for one night. Breakfast was not provided. The room was okay, hot water took a long time to get warm. The neighborhood was sketchy. The manager was rude and does not reply to messages in the booking app. Check out is ridiculously early at 10:30. They came before that time banging on the door as I was gathering my items. When I requested a receipt, this lady said no and I as unprofessional until I persisted to get a printout. Go to a hostel, you’ll get better service with free breakfast and better location.

This review it is not for the accommodation which probably it is ok but it’s for the people who manage accommodation. Last month I have booked a room for a period in march at a very good price and with the possibility to pay at the property. Unexpectedly a day before yesterday they ask me through booking app to update my card because it is not valid (It is very valid). After several emails to the property and few calls (of course nobody answered to me) I contacted the booking.com staff (great services by the way) and they got in touch with the property and I was assured that until 18 march I have to pay nothing and so on Therefore I update the card (same card with some money on it) and the reservation was confirmed again but suddenly in this evening they cancelled my reservation. I called again at the property (no answer) and when I checked the availability of the rooms the prices were almost double. It’s all about the money!

Ottimo B6B, pulitissimo, confortevole in zona centrale vicino alla Stazione Termini. Cortesia ed efficienza a disposizione dei clienti. Comodo anche il parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe, pur a pagamento. Sicuramente ci torneremo al prossimo viaggio a Roma.

Buona posizione in quanto si trova vicino la stazione centrale di termini e la metropolitana. Nonostante termini non sia una zona top di Roma la location si trova in una zona molto tranquill Esagerato il prezzo rispetto alla camera ed al servizio

A causa del treno deragliato oggi a Firenze non siamo riusciti a raggiungere la struttura. Nonostante abbiamo prontamente chiamato per avvisare del problema l'albergo non è minimamente venuto in contro alla nostra richiesta di poter spostare le date del soggiorno (non volevamo il neanche il rimborso,ma spostare solo la data pagando anche nel caso un sovrapprezzo) . ASSOLUTAMENTE NON CONSIGLIATO

Ottimo B&B posizione vicina alla metro B, la stazione di Roma Termini e la fermata dei bus. Le camere sono accoglienti e grandi, il bagno funzionale. Grande pulizia, in camera vi è a disposizione un bollitore per prepararsi the o caffe. Il letto grande e comodo.

Sembra a tutti gli effetti un hotel. Gestito magnificamente, con camere pulite e ben ordinate. Presente kit per colazione, caffè, thé e camomilla (con un ottimo bollitore) per prepararsi anche degli sfizi. Staff gentile e cordiale. Sicuramente tra i migliori in cui soggiornare a Roma per brevi viaggi.

Abbiamo prenotato per il weekend del 25 aprile, ci hanno annullato la penotazione 3 giorni prima con la scusa della carta di credito non valida...tra l'altro il pagamento era anche in struttura! La carta di credito in questione, era validissima in quanto abbiamo prenotato altrove senza problemi, anche se purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cambiare meta e perdere anche i soldi della prenotazione del treno. Non ci è mai capitata una situazione del genere... per qualsiasi problema, potevano tranquillamente contattarci, ma sicuramente hanno preferito annullare la nostra prenotazione fatta 1 mese prima, e accapparrarsi un'altra prenotazione dell'ultimo momento con il DOPPIO DEL PREZZO!!!! furbi loro...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b a Roma il week 12 -13 febbraio 2022 .. ottimo,pulito e bellissime stanze .. la signora molto ma molto gentile .. tutto fantastico .. A la signora è stata molto gentile a farc lasciare anche le valigie .. grazie mille
