We stayed at San Pietro Suites for 3 nights and everything about our room was absolutely perfect. Luca and Martina were very kind, welcoming and great at giving us clear instructions. Everything we wanted to see in Rome was walking distance and it’s in a great, safe place, 3-4 minutes walk away from the nearest train station. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a place to stay in Rome. Spacious, clean and well looked after rooms!

Charming room, spacious, bathroom updated- bed comfy! Near Vatican City. Very detailed instructions for self checkin. Many small cafes nearby for breakfast or dinner. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful place, easy checkin with details provided by owner. Room was nice size, bathroom updated. Hair dryer, soap and shampoo provided. Also had guidebooks available to read about Rome and Italy. There were small places to have breakfast nearby. Vatican is within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay at this place again. Also, street very quiet at night.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The hotel's prime location, just a few minutes away from the Bus and train stations made it easy to explore Rome. The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood and a beautiful building. Check-in was seamless, and we were greeted by Luca who was warm and welcoming. He and Martina were very responsive to all our needs, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Luca helped us book a taxi to the hotel early in the morning and send us a text at 5 am to wish us a safe journey. Our room was tastefully decorated, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the seating area had a cozy sofa and a large desk. The bathroom was well-stocked, and we loved the daily room service. The hotel also provided us with complimentary beverages and snacks. The Vatican was also easily accessible, which was a huge plus as we were able to visit it several times during our four nights stay. Overall, we cannot recommend this boutique hotel enough. It truly exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Rome all the more special.

Really liked the stay. Luca was very helpful, the hotel is located a bit far from the main attractions except the Vatican.
The local transport in Rome is really bad and you can’t trust the bus / train timings.

The hotel rooms were excellent, clean and just as in the pictures. The location was great, vatican was very close by and with bus we could enter the city center easily. Luca and Martina were both very warm and welcoming hosts. They even helped us out of their business hours out of their goodness. We can only strongly recommend staying here.
