Rome Armony Suites

My wife and I had the great pleasure of staying at the Rome Armony Suites for nine nights in April 2024. As already indicated in the tremendous number of excellent TripAdvisor reviews, this guest house is extremely well located and provided us a restful oasis during our Roman holiday. Our large and quiet room was perfectly comfortable, with its high-quality mattress ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Rome or our day trip destinations and a well-appointed bathroom with reliable hot water and great water pressure. We appreciated that our room was cleaned and bottled water replenished daily. In short, the room was exactly as pictured on the website and provided us with everything we needed. We highly recommend Rome Armony Suites. We couldn’t have been happier with its proximity to fantastic coffee bars, restaurants, gelaterias, pizzerias as well as a wonderful array of shops. The rest of Rome is easily accessible either on foot or public transit. Even more important than any of these features of Rome Armony Suites, what made this one of our best vacations ever was the incredible hospitality of Luca and his son, Andrea. We have never received such tremendously thoughtful and personal service in any other hotel. Both Luca and Andrea were exceptionally responsive from the moment we contacted them before leaving home and throughout our stay. Luca arranged for transportation from the airport when we arrived and he and Andrea were constant sources of expert guidance of where to eat delicious Roman specialties and recommended hidden gems not to be missed in Rome and beyond. Not even in five star establishments could one hope to receive better service. Luca even helped us secure train and concert tickets and provided us with advice about several day trips, too. Do not hesitate to reserve your stay at this very special guest house!

Luca was an amazing owner and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and nice and a fantastic location. He handled all questions and helped us with anything we asked. The location was so close to the Vatican and the Spanish steps that we were able to walk everywhere!

Our friends and I stayed in Rome Armony Suites from April 25-28th. We absolutely loved our stay here as well as the host Lucas. He is kind and knowledgeable with great communication as he gives you his cell number for anything you may need. His recommendations were spot on. Your room is clean with some very nice amenities included. My reasoning for the 4 star review is a problem that occured while we were there. The boiler/hot water tank was not working properly. Lucas was definitely on top of getting someone in to work on it. However, one morning we had no water as it was being worked on, then later only had cold water. The following morning again only cold water. Paying for cold shower was not in my plans nor enjoyable. Lucas apologized for the inconvenience but I definitely felt we should have been compensated in some way. Perhaps the drive to the airport....but definitely something. Lucas has high standards on customer service as I do being in the travel business. I would have had to do something for my customers to make up for this. Would I stay here again and recommend to stay here, absolutely! I just would have handled this a little differently.

Great place to stay for visiting Rome. Nice and clean room, fresh water bottles everyday, coffee and tea. Close to Vatican, bus stops, shopping street, restaurants. Very hospitable owner - arranged transportation from airport, gave advices on places to visit. We would definitely recommend staying here.

A great value for money find. Centrally located for sights and great eating places. Luca the owner made some great recommendations which added to our lovely stay on our first visit to Rome. He obviously has vast experience of the city. Highly recommended and we will return.

I booked this place as a surprise for my parents and they loved it. The owner contacted me as soon as I said I wanted few extra bits to celebrate my mum’s bday and was very accommodating and helpful. My parents really like the room very spacious and very close to the Vatican and Ottaviano underground. Thanks again Luca for your hospitality!

Really incredible stay. Seriously wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Host is incredible, staff was amazing, location was quiet and nice, plus only a 20 minute walk from big sites. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough. My wife and I stayed here and instantly fell in love. Thank you Luca and Armony suites staff truly a great experience. Can’t talk enough about this place. Highly highly recommend.

Lovely welcome from Luca & his wife, room/bathroom and entrance way to rooms very clean. Room was perfect for what we were seeking. Location was perfect for metro, bus from airport and just generally getting around. Could not fault at all....and again great hosts thank you both.

Luca is just the perfect host. This was our 6th stay here (I think). We would never dream of looking elsewhere when we're in Rome. Lovely rooms, very comfy beds, great shower, but it is the owner that really makes your stay in Rome something special. Grazie mille Luca for your all kindness and hospitality. We'll be back! A, R & F
